@@Shank.exploration Tried it and no go. My mother board is different. It had a 10 pin connector top left of board and 6 pin on bottom right. I suspect it has been changed. Also I have 6 flashes not 5. For now I have a backup refrigerator. I would like to get this original one working though.
I have a Norcold N811L. It only has a single row on that plug. Do you know what the diagram calls it so i can find the correct pin on my fridge? The second pin has a wire connected to it on mine.
@@Shank.exploration I found a page that talked about it. It is one of the pins in the upper right corner plug on my fridge. So, I was able to get it to reset. I had trouble connecting to the plug, but got it to work.
I need the reset procedure for the 628661 board. I can’t find it anywhere. Found it once I think on the Service bulletin and I thought I’d saved it but I was wrong can you help?
The two black wires (beside the AC plug on the board). Does it matter which wire plugs into which male blade? I did not mark mine, and now I'm wondering if it makes a difference.
I think they are both negative wires but unfortunately do not have my trailer in front of me to double check this. Is there any symbols beside where they plug in?
Hello, Thanks so much for Your video,We have the same problem but We don't understand exactly where to connect the cable after seeing Your video 100 times because our English!Do You connect the blue and the ground together? or just the second square? where there's no cable in?
Lots of things can create a lock out. One of the main reasons is coolant not flowing in fridge. Wich can be cause by coolant being to cold, trailer being off level.
I have a GB 98' my lights were flashing and I started fooling around and I shorted out somewhere. It was flashing but still getting cold all the way to freezing. Then I must have tripped the wrong wire and the inside light went out + no more flashing green. I ordered a new board in which nothing happened. Am I missing a fuse somewhere under drivers side?
Great video, thanks! When you put it in Auto mode and hold the jumper in place to reset, is it ok to be plugged in to ac? Or is it better to just use battery power and get it started on gas? thanks
Lock out mode can be caused by a few different things. The main cause is the sensor doesn’t sense the flow of coolant in the system. Can be anything from to cold outside trailer being off level. Fridge being on during transit.
@@Shank.explorationhey boss I drove my 2007 Chevy four winds with the fridge on and I’ve had the 5 blinking on light issue. I was able to jump it and get it to work but when I come back it’s blinking again. The freezer seemed to get cold overnight but the fridge doesn’t. I’ve leveled it, cleaned the vents, and made sure my propane/ electrical hookup was good . Should I pull the 12v plug in the motherboard to reset it?
I’m gladding I could help even just one person. I was very frustrated trying to Decipher the web of what to do so I tried to make an easy to follow video
Norcold Fault Codes LI OP, O, or 6 flashes (potential fire hazard!) Is your refrigerator doing one of the following? These codes appear when either your high temperature limit switch has been tripped or there has been a break in the connection at LIMIT IN and LIMIT OUT on the rear power board.
I’m sorry you feel this way. At 1:55 in video it shows pin 2 and explains how it’s top row and second over from the left. Unfortunately without factory wiring diagrams there is no other way to show this.
Thank you so much for sharing this.... going to try this tomorrow on my fridge
I have a 2004 Four Winds Chateau Citation. Just got it and glad to find this video. Thanks for sharing, going to try in the morning light.
Did it work?
You just save me money & time, T-bones, and scallop
That’s amazing.
Thank you so much.
❤ Thanks so much for this straight forward video. It definitely helped me reset my refrigerator. Now I can see if it cools 🥶
You are a trip saver!! Thank you for your video. Repair has worked perfectly.
Fantastic glad to hear.
Thank you very much. I thought I needed to take it to the dealer.
Thank you very much. This works. I almost spent 600 on a new fridge. You are a smart man
I almost did the same that’s why I took the time to figure it out. I’m glad it has helped.
It also worked for me. Thank you 🙏
Just like ya said. Thanks much my friend! I do want to add that the on switch must be turned on to do this i found. Once i squared that away all good
Worked, thank you!
Thank you for the video. Trying this tomorrow.
Your welcome has worked for lots so I hope it helps.

@@Iwillnotbepushed what’s the exact model of your fridge?
Any info on circuit board?
I’ll see if I can dig anything up if you get that to me.

Just did this and light stopped blinking. Fingers crossed it stays good

Gracias tu video me ayudo a solucionar el problema con mi RV
Glad to hear it has worked
I think I'll just rig up a momentary switch while I'm in there and put it somewhere easily accessible.

Second square where there is no wire and jump to ground terminal little green screw.
That's great but what cause the fridge to lock out

Will this work if I have that green light flashing one every 3 seconds as a temp sensor fault?
You could try but most likely will need to buy an replace the temp sensor

Sorry for such late response. I unfortunately do not know of any other fuses besides one on main breaker panel or in back of fridge.
Everytime i do this it blows that five amp fuse. Is there something im doing wrong?
Your doing pin 2 to ground and not any other pins?
What is pin hole 2 what color wire
Pin 2 has no wires in it. It’s an open whole in plug

Did you ground pin 2 with both power sources connnected or power disconnected?
Power connected
what if it flashes 6 times

Sure wish you would of located pin 2 better for us to see the exact wire. It's unfortunate you didn't do a better job of that.

I have an older model and not the same plug.
Sorry don’t now any other style to do this trick

Didn’t work for me unfortunately.
Unfockinbelievable it works thanks dude
