Therefore a quirkless person--who has an empty cup--is more reliable because the quirks won't overflow. This is why All Might didn't get the former seven quirks, otherwise--if Matpat's theory is correct--All Might's cup will be overflowing.

i dont think any of you have even watched the show. the quirk hadnt past the quirk singularity when all might had it, but when the quirks strength built up overtime, (aka when deku got the quirk) deku unlocked the past users quirks because the ofa had past the quirk singularity
