Ingredients:
1) Kondakadalai Sundal Recipe:
Pressure Cooked Kondakadalai
Kondakadalai (Chickpeas) - 300gm
Turmeric Powder - 1 Tsp
Salt - ½ Tsp
Kodakadalai Thalipu Sundal (Cheakpas Stir Fry)
Oil - As Required
Mix Spices - 1 Tsp
Onion - 1 Medium Sized, Half Rings
Curry Leaves - 3-4 Stalks
Dried Chilies - 3-4 pcs, Roughly Cut
Pressure Cooked Kondakadalai - 3-4 Cups
Salt - As Required To Taste
2) Channa Chaat
Pre-Cooked Chickpeas - 2 Cups
Onion - 1 Large Sized, Chopped
Tomato - 1 Large Sized, Chopped
Green Chili/Bird’s Eye Chili - As Required
Mint Leaves - A Handful, Finely Chopped
Coriander Leaves - A Handful, Finely Chopped
Mayonnaise - As Required
Salt - As Required To Taste
Aloo Bhujia (Thin Murukku) - As Required
Chili Powder - 1 Tsp
Cumin Seeds Powder - ½ Tsp
Garam Masala - 1/3 Tsp
