Hey thanks for the video. I used it to reference the driver side. I used the same method you did for adjustment and worked great. Only difference was that my door panel was allen keys and not torx. Thanks for the video
I have one that goes part way up and then goes down by itself. I’ve replaced the switch twice and I’m pretty sure my mechanic replaced the regulator. Is there another level of motor control that could be failing?
please tell me how you got the power plug back into that motor bracket. I'm having a difficult time with it. I'm doing the job now so please anyone that can describe it it'll help

@@brokenrhyme1336 watch the video, buy a regulator, change it out.
@@brokenrhyme1336 window regulator. check Amazon, Ebay, or your local auto parts store.
I have a 1999 VW Cabrio. Driver side power window doesn't work when I press the button on the side panel door. Is it expensive to fix?
You'll need to take it to a repair shop to find out if its the regulator or the switch
Hi. Can you explain how to configure window position?
Easiest would be to loosen the clips that hold the glass and simply move the glass to the desired position.
@@PowerUpAuto Thanks, i will try
What if my windows don't go down at all. I hit the switch but window s don't not go down.
Could be the multi button switch. Try changing that first. Probably NOT the window motor. Thiose never seem to fail.
@@PowerUpAuto do you happen any videos on changing the switch
