YES! Please do a Canadian version. With the lockdowns we are losing so many wonderful Canadian small businesses! Here in Ontario we just started lockdown #3 other places have been locked down longer.
There's a Canadian version of animal charity coffee based in New Brunswick called Rescue Coffee! It's about $20CAD per bag, I'm not sure how much the shipping is since I buy it locally here in the Maritimes but if you are in Canada and want to help support local animal charities with yummy coffee, I definitely suggest them!

The beeswax wrappers are usually made with a mix of beeswax and resin, once they lose their stickiness you can add a little bit more if you want, or sometimes ironing them on low heat between two pieces of parchment paper can rejuvenate them. The powdered resin and beeswax are available online.

Before composting the wax wraps, you can put the oven on a low setting and put the wrap flat on a cookie sheet, put it in the oven for a few minutes and it will refresh it for more uses! Also they stick better to themselves vs just the glass, so wrap the corners to itself not just the bottom of the glass. Hopefully that made sense!

If anyone wants to try water activated liners, but doesn't want to have to buy an expensive brush, I just use acrylic liner brushes from Michael's. You can buy them in a large set (their cheaper in-store brand ones) or get a better quality individual one from their paint aisle ☺

Vinci shoes (they are a Brazilian brand), they don’t work with stock (they only make the shoe after you order it), so there’s less waste! The shoes are GORGEOUS

I've been loving the small business hauls people are doing!! The only video I haven't seen, that I still think would be an -awesome- if probably very time intensive, series is small business shopping on a budget. It can be disappointing for people looking to be more sustainable or support small business that just can't afford to invest as much cost up front so they miss out. There are SO many one person small businesses out there with lower costs as they're just starting up that those with smaller budgets can support with the added bonus of being instrumental in genuinely making someone's dream come true. It takes more time to find them, because you won't see any Google advertising obviously 😉 but they definitely exist.
I'd also like a video with your favorite hygiene products, shampoo and conditioner, body care, facial care, perfume you like. Stuff that's stood out to you amongst the huge selection lol
Love supporting small business, especially the one that's good for the environment. Please do more of this, or maybe videos focus on those eco-friendly one!

If you haven't tried MBA Cosmetics nail polishes (especially their neons) they are phenomenal!! They are super opaque, apply beautifully, and dry quickly! Absolutely obsessed with them!

Especially in this day and age, it’s so refreshing to see and it’s so great that you’re using your platform to highlight those who might not get the same hype as larger businesses or as Amazon products. A recommendation if I could - if you are in the market for some amazing soy candles from a lovely canadian company, definitely check out Shy Wolf Candles. They’re based out of Ontario I think, and have some really incredible scents. They have a tarot card collection and a vinyl album collection - some of my most favourite candles! I am obsessed with Alori Collection makeup brushes (I bought the full face set), and their solid cleanser, beauty spray, and makeup remover. I reach for my brushes every single time I do my makeup. I reach for the cleansers over everything... to include removing sloppy joe and spaghetti sauce from my kids’ clothing, not just for makeup! And I only buy their makeup remover now. It gets everything I wear off with ease and is also a great second step in a double removal after a makeup eraser cloth. No need to wash your face after you’ve used it.
If you like thermal polishes then you absolutely have to try Fancy Gloss! The owner is super sweet, and the polishes are GORGEOUS! 😍 So many unique combos, the formula is easy to work with, they self level nicely...they're just 👌 😘 🖐 (*chef's kiss) perfection!
I love Sandalwood, Cedarwood, Musk, Leather etc... If you like those scents, you probably will also favor Vetiver! And Bergamot makes a great pairing with all of those. 🙌🏻 Loved this video concept. 💕

My friend recently launched her business on etsy, Quilted Heart Gifts, making fabric face masks and they are my favourite of all the various masks I have now. Super comfy, well made, affordable, and cute fabrics! And fair shipping too! Also, you should check out Out of the Woods pottery on Etsy too. I got a custom carved mug for my sister in law for Christmas from her and she carved a coast line of one of the places she and my brother visited in Scotland a few years ago. And she does hand painted mugs too of people’s dogs. So gorgeous. I need to get myself one at some point. Mostly be preorder so it does take a little while to get but totally worth it, and the most thorough wrapping job to protect the mug ever.

I love beeswax wraps for blocks of cheese, and I’ve noticed they tend to last longer before molding versus other storage means.

Rachel! For beeswax wraps, I find heating a j cloth or rag in warm water and using that heat to “seal” the wraps works best!
