I just filed for divorce and had to hear this song. The first time I saw Buddy Ace was on a friend's video tape and he was singing this song, I was an instant fan. This song is a spiritual experience for someone rising from the ashes of a bad relationship. I think it sums up my feelings to a tee. I feel optomistic about my future for the first time in years. Why? Cause, it don't hurt no more.
