Are you considering at some point doing air frier recipes, too? I don't use the oven that much due to gas cost and don't have a slow cooker either so my go to appliances are the air frier and the stove. I love seeing your dump and go videos for ideas but can't really make them. Thanks 😊

I know I've written it before but I will write it again: I love your recipes because almost all of them can easily substitute beans, tofu, etc., for the meat/chicken. And I'm going to call every casserole I make The Shipwreck Casserole - that just cracks me up!
That's what I like too--i can use tofu in almost any of these recipes!

I love cooking an Italian casserole dinner. We use the frozen cheese and spinach raviolis (from Costco) and it's delicious. If I use just pasta, like rotini, I start with half the mixture, put a layer of mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, then the rest of the mixture and top it with the same cheese mixture (like a lasagna!) I knew you would be a fan of the extra cheese, Julia!!🤩❤

Last week, I made your Ground Beef Stew. Idk, I made it before, but my husband just loved it!💗 ❗️OK, now this I gotta tell ya! I also made your French bread pizza, but instead, I used the Italian loaf.
