I can tell they were all spawned in because if they are so rare it would’ve taken a lot more time to find. I know it’s shortened cause of the short and it’s not the full video but still if they are SO rare he somehow gets them all

You can count so many seconds and press spin right before it would auto spin. It will slowly spin and go straight to the car. Plus you can close app if you mess up. It's extremely easy.
The rat loader that spawned for me was fully modded to have the big v8 scoop no fender a fixed grill and no bed it was just sitting there parked and un owned
I legit got the slam van, not through the dupe glitch. as far as stats go its the same van as every other. But i really like 1940s pannle vans so huge w for me.
I got the baby blue sanding XL in the same spawn spot with the same mods except it had a bedcap on it instead of the yellow one when I was like level 3, 4 and still have it, only maxed out the performances upgrades ....
