    Do you have a timing drill video for this? I feel like you have been watching me bowl! Having a hard time keeping that shoulder from getting out front which is causing the elbow to fly.

    Walter ray gets left arm go out early so does Bill ONEAL. If you watch breanna clemer she just keeps the left arm out and she’s a fabulous bowler. I have found if you keep the left arm just straight out it can make you swing be steep if not doing it correctly.

    My coach always said to have my thumb facing down after the push away, doing this stopped me from over-rotating. It feels impossible to get my arm past the ideal position.

    Hey JR, quick question - do you know any youtube channels that do your kind of content for 2 handed bowlers? I would be happy to see you do 2H content, but I realise that it's not your main focus because you're not a 2H bowler, and that's totally fine. I think your videos are still great and sometimes they can apply well to a 2H bowler like myself. I do wonder if there's any other channels here that focus on teaching 2H bowling the way you teach 1H bowling. Thanks!

    Bowling is one of the only sports where no one can seem to agree on what's right and what's not. With that said.. for years I was coached that you
    should always think of your swing as a natural pendulum motion. If you pull back during the down swing or pull forward during the forward swing
    you're not doing it correctly. You should let the bowling balls weight do everything for you in your swing. Should be completely natural. You should
    be able to bowl 6+ games and if you don't force the swing, you will not wake up sore the next day. It's the reason people that are 80+ years old are
    still able to bowl as often as they'd like. Because it doesn't take strength at all. It just takes holding the ball and allowing it to swing your arm for
    you. However.. over the last few years I've realized that the coaches I had when I was younger were completely wrong about many of the things
    they tried to teach me. And now I have a half dozen really bad habits that I can't seem to shake because they're engrained into my head. Sheesh!

      Yes it can. I say from experience. I still haven’t fixed the issue.
