The amount of oil rubbed into the pan is probably a couple of drops. Did you watch the whole video? You can see how much batter I used. Medium flame, you need to regulate it so the pan is hot but not too hot. Flip the tortilla over ONLY when it has cooked through.
Yes, there’s far more goodness in a bowl of raw mung bean sprouts, but as a bread substitute for those trying to avoid gluten, I think they’re a nice alternative 😊

I got some that I can sprout from Azure standard. It's an order and group delivery thing. They sprout well.

nice to know you can make tortilla out of sprouts, but nutrients are totally LOST when you cook them sadly
