by the way, every time you see a millionaire or billionaire say “I’m not leaving any money to my children” this is what they mean ie. they’re leaving them a trust. It’s free from inheritance tax. This man’s always drop in absolute gems.
Okay, based on my research so far the equivalent is a registered Church/charity. As there are massive tax benefits. That being said I’ve just found out that Churches/Ministries bringing in less than 100,000 per year don’t even have to register with charity commissions but still will get the tax exemptions
The 508(c)(1)(A) structure is specific to the U.S. and operates under U.S. tax law. However, other countries may have similar frameworks for religious or faith-based organizations. It’s best to consult a local tax expert or attorney familiar with your country’s laws to explore equivalent options.
How can we use this type of trust (508 c1a) when it is solely meant for religious purposes? From what I see, running a business for example would be prohibited.
Great question! A 508(c)(1)(A) must align with a religious purpose, but it can support business-like activities if they further that mission. Always consult a professional to stay compliant!
This is amazing! Thank you Jesus for this wisdom.
Sounds like moving from the Babylon financial system to the Kingdom system. I'm ready! Diving into research now, and will definitely consider joining
Could you do a video on this topic for the UK
Please kindly enlighten me, on how this can apply in Australia. Thank you sir

There are various different trusts in the UK, even if u are not making it a charity, so u can search for which type is most suitable for u.. 🇬🇧

Does it applicable on the whole World or only in the US?
