Great review. We met at Hangcon and I've been following you ever since. Good stuff. I'm also a huge fan of Dutch and his gear. I had a Chameleon when I went to Hangcon, I took my wife hoping she would find a hammock she really liked, so I could convince her to give up the ground dwellin. Dutch, Alex, and his team introduced us to the double Chameleon setup with the spreader bar and the screen that zips in to both, so we are together like we would be in a tent. If it wasn't for this setup, my wife would not have embraced hammock camping. I can't thank the Dutch team enough. Btw, Dutch has whoopie hooks that work with the spreader bar, so it doesn't require the Beetle Buckle system to work.
Spiguyver Backpacking No problem. Hope to see you again at a future hang or something. Keep up the great work. Btw, looking forward to your thoughts on ridge line length and overhead clearance as someone suggest. A great suggestion.
I need to order that side sling. I actually held off on the side car hoping he would come out with this. That along with the ridge line organizer will be perfect. Thanks for showing to us.
Great video, Brother !!! Great info, and suggestions too. With all of those options going on, some of us will be going broke for Christmas this year...LOL !!!! Keep up the great work !!!
I use a Winterdream 12 from UGQ with 2 end pole mods and it covers my Double Dutch nicely. The doors on the head end don’t close, but give the rain protection you need.
I have a video review request. The best ridgeline clearance between hammocks. Based on sitting up, enter and exiting. Otherwise, the ceiling height of your hammocks. This is a spec we can't easily see unless we own the hammock. I realize you don't own all the hammocks on the market, but other subscribers will add there input. Thanks
You have to unzip it fully on one side, so that you can have it below the ridgeline, then attach the two clips and drape the small part of it over the ridgeline. I've heard there is a better way, i haven't seen it yet, when I do I'll pass that along as well. Thanks!

That was actually the tarp I was thinking would probably be my best option with this setup. I'm currently using the Hanger 12. Thanks!
Good stuff
Thanks!
Will the sidecar still work with an underquilt? I dont see why it couldnt.
Yes it will.
Good informative video!
How wide is your Chameleon ? What fabric ?
I believe it's 58" wide, it's the standard width. It is in the 1.6 hexon. Thanks!

It was the weekend before the accident. Very observant!

What are you looking for to be explored? What do you mean by what they should go into? Thanks!
