Currently recovering and hoping to get back to cycling when doctor approves. I love watching your video as they give me hope for the future adventures in life.
Man love your attitude. Makes your videos so much more enjoyable. No whining. Headed to Cambridge to Wolcott tomorrow. Just finished that portion of the trail after the flooding. Take care and thanks for another awesome video. Al
Love your videos. You are hardcore going without a tent, but I bet it's nice traveling so light. I once read a bike touring journal on crazyguyonabike by a guy called Grumppa and what made it so good was he would just set up his tent anywhere, right on the side of a bike path or on a golf course and he would never get in trouble. The touring gods were looking out for him I guess. May they look out for you as well. I don't think I could do without a shelter but I've been wanting to go with just a tarp.
@@shoechew I love my hammock but by the time you figure in an under quilt, a bug net, and a tarp, it takes up as much room and weight as a tent. Best sleeping I've ever had though. At least out here in the Rockies, it's too cold even in Summer. In warmer places it would be awesome and the way to go.
Funny you ask. Since I’m having so much fun on this carbon epic, I’ve been thinking about getting a carbon road bike. I’m able to go much further faster and it’s just a lot easier to ride.
@@TravelingThru222 No one and more rugged or packs any lighter than you so a carbon frame gravel or road bike should suit you fine. May have to change the name of your channel to Traveling Light!
Thanks for the video. Carb up on those muffins! If you get caught tell the cop you're an immigrant, the Texas governor bussed you up and you want asylum. Not sure what will happen, but it might be worth a try.
This guy doesnt worry about vermin, he's having too much fun.
Love it out there.

Thought I was watching an episode of Survivorman for a quick minute. Safe travels!
Haha, thanks for watching.
Here in Tasmania we love your channel. Respect for the vlogs mate.. ✌️
Do Tasmanian devils pose a threat to bike campers?
Awesome! Thank you!

A hammock is the way to go if you have trees.
That’s the way to do it. A tarp setup would be sweet, seems the older I get, the more comfortable I become just laying out. Thanks for watching.

Do you think you'll switch to a carbon frame road bike for your cross country treks too? Glad you had a nice time up in New England!
