I have to say I bought these pencils also because of the price. I personally felt they weren't as pigmented as crayola. It just goes to show that when you are as talented as you are, you can make any pencil look wonderful. My work didn't come out as well. Maybe I need to try them again. Thanks for the video. Robin
dennis smith Robin you are very welcome! I think they are quite hard, and while they are great for holding a point, they aren’t as pigmented or easy to work with. XO

I have these and like to use them when my arthritis is bad because my pressure is very heavy and I have less control. So for bad arthritic days, these are go to pencils. I don’t want to ruin my good pencils by breaking them all off. So I use these because they’re stronger, just not as bright. So I would not work on something (good piece) that I would hang up because of the lack of colour. But great for everyday colouring.

I'm amazed you achieved that vibrancy. Mine are so hard and almost zero pigment. Even the worst 12 pack pencils costing a dollar are better. Mine are possibly 5 years old and probably Staedtler improved the wopex formula.

The thing I like about Posca pens is they stay on. I have the Signo pen as well but it will actually scratch off of the paper. Posca is there to stay. I have gone a little Posca crazy, and have several tip sizes and also a lot of other colors. I really like the tip about coloring "beneath" the water line. Would never have thought to do that. Thanks, as always helpful and just plain fun to watch.

Another great video Dea. I've heard mixed reviews for these Noris pencils, but then they are not going to beat the likes of Prismacolor or Polychromos; but for an entry level pencil for someone on a low budget or wishing to try out a new hobby, they sound like they are just the ticket. Your picture turned out really well using them, but then I think that is down to the artist anyway!

I can see you adding story time to your channel with a picture you have drawn with a story behind it. As you tell the story you color in the part the story covers. I believe it would be a hit even with your followers with children and adults would love it. You did a good job. I wonder have you chosen to finish the bruynzeel pencil review picture.

Well if you choose to do a story I would love to see it cause when you're talking about the review and coloring it's like a story instead of a review. If I was you try it just to say you did at least you know you tried. Who knows ppl may actually tune in. I know I would.

I Love your secret Giveaway! Love the way You colored this! A little tip for the posca pen, if you press down on the ink once it's on the page with your finger, it will give it a softer look and also you can color over the posca pen to add a little shade or color. Shared :-)

I love how you can see the good in every pencil set. I never bought these because people mostly complained about them. I will now try them if I see them at a good price. I think they were marketed for Lost Ocean because of their ability to keep a sharp point. That book is very detailed.

@@DeaLenihan LOL! i'm so glad you like these Dea, theirs need peoples who love these Noris Staedler colored pencils, i love staedlers Brand and have some colored all of their colored pencils but my fav. are the soft colored pencils, the one with different colors at each ends these one i really like them!

Yes love the heavy pigmented
They are not really heavily pigmented--they are great for someone who is heavy handed--they are harder to get a deep dark result. xo

I use these for blending but noris club are much better I use them together
To be honest, i have a heavy hand but i cant get that same saturation as u did. Using the same set og color pencils
I use lots of layers and blend with Turpenoid...I think that helps.
