Wir waren vor einer Woche bei der Musikschau Schottland und da habe ich den Millennium Prayer zum ersten Mal gehört und bin durch einen glücklichen Zufall auf dieses Video gestossen. Es gibt auf iTunes eine Version von dem Royal Irish Regiment, da singt eine Frau, die ich leider noch nicht namentich kenne, das ganze noch etwas schöner, aber das Lied ist einfach traumhaft. Danke fürs Einstellen, auch wenn es schon etwas länger her ist.
Could'nt agree more. Carol sings this much better. She also wrote it too. This version sits too low in my voice, but it's all we had at the time. That said, it was a rather incredible experience and the song means a lot to me. I had a wonderful response from some of the soldiers. Very moving. I plan to re-record it in 2012. Thanks for your comments.
@pharkee i heard Carol Becker-Douglas' singing it on the radio the other day and i am looking for that vefsion , no luck so far :( i agree that she sings it better / nicer though
