Of course no problem! So wherever we declare the variable, you can think of this as the container for our variable, so that only elements inside of this container will have access to the variable. When we declare the variable on the :root element, it becomes available to use globally (so by any element in our document). Hope this helps 👍
I also saw some docs in source codes using css that used calc() function inside css for calculating sizes of some sort and fractions in css grids, What about that????

@@DevDreamer I meant instead of typing property: var(--var); (what if) simply replace it with var(--var); where --var: property: value; Idk if it works out, but it would be awesome if does. And thanks for your videos, they are really helpful!
