Somehow Burma have a decent, working train signalling system. The Philippines haven't got any. And it's very frustrating that our Railway Administration is doing nothing about it.
The british built this railway system then maintained for quite some time, even helped them developer newer signalling. Hence why the signals all run like a British railway quite fascinating to see.
Generally how large is the step from train to platform on the routes the former Japanese units are used on, are there still traditional locomotive hauled trains working the suburban routes and on the Circular route are tickets based on a flat fare or are they worked out as an a to b, station to station? (I hope this makes sense!)
Hmmm. There is no contrast between Japan and Myanmar. Too much poverty in Myanmar as it is still a developing country whereas Japan has all the beauty it can have with it already being a developed country. The stations here also are in poor condition. Much needs to be done for Myanmar as it is yet to pick up development.
🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
Quite the contrast between a Myanmar trip to a Japanese one, but similar to Vietnam ride, albeit a little rougher.
Not only the people but the dogs also have a deathwish.( walking down the tracks).
Such terrible poverty right next to large houses. Thank you for showing this.

very very interesting joyurney.
Are キハ181 still operating??
IS JAPAN?
