Nope. This was made by the Toontown Offline team, but don't let the Offline part of the name confuse you, as you can play with other toons on their servers. As you can see, Mickey Mouse and a Goon are fighting the VP, which you wouldn't normally see in TTR.
Look I know this was a thing from the TTO documents, ( the real ones, not the ones JJ fabricated ) but I really don't think these things should be recreated in the actual games. I'm pretty sure this one takes it in the wrong context completely, in the document the VP looks like he was hypnotized or something, like the toons hacked into his processor and made him act like Santa. I'm just gonna hope TTOff doesn't do anything like this again soon. On the upside, there was not a single Pandora texture in this video anywhere, it's about time too.

As a developer of this fight, I can safely assure you that Pandora assets were used. :) - Scrapped Dreamland Skybox (top and sky, color changed in photoshop) - Star with happy face (happy face was removed in photoshop) Oh, and we referenced Anesidora quite a few times when implementing certain features in this update. What a moron.
And of course the most infamous TToff staff member goes out of his way to insult me because I missed a few Pandora textures. See this is why Foreman is and always will be the only good TToff staff member. I am disgusted.
