A new compressed natural gas by new flyer aren’t supposed to be operating on local routes with an SBS livery scheme. It was startled by West Farms Depot Who operated one of the units on the BX35.
@@AutomotiveTaurus BX9 or BX19? Because X meaning New Flyer xexcelsior, N means that the bus was powered by compressed natural gas as you can see on top of the dome where they stored the CNG tank on the roof, and 60 means they’re at least 60 lengths for the bus. No? It proofs this is the first articulated CNG bus.
I have never seen one of these before in real life. I bet the best place to find one is on the B35 near McDonald Av or by the B/Q Train Station, or on the Bx19 at the NY Botanical Garden.
I love Buses! X means they’re made by new flyer and means there a compressed natural gas, D made by diesel, E means their Electric or hybrid electrical vehicle for short, and 40 or 60 is the bus lengths.
7:15 These XN60s only run on the Bx6 SBS because it has the wrap. The rest of them have the local wraps. Also, 1000-19, 1021-32, 1037-72 have the open space stroller areas in order to make it easier for passengers with strollers to travel with babies. If you ride on a bus with strollers, make sure it is in the designated area without blocking the aisle, and look for the stroller icon at the front of the bus.
#1020 was hanging off the overpass on 01/14/21, in the Bronx.

I remember in 2018 that the New Flyer XD60 Xcelsior buses delivered at Jackie Gleason Depot in Brooklyn for B35 Artic conversion.
Thank you Cedric I really appreciate and enjoy this remastered review and I hope you and everyone here has a good day. 😎👍✌
Yes, and your welcome

These buses also have the side lights curb configuration
AYE FIRST PIC IS MY BOI BX36 YESSIR!
Its Funny How Theyre Numbered As 1000-1109 like their mother the 1996-98 D60HF #1000-1109, guess they are 100% related
Nice
These have 4 wheel drive which means they can run in the snow!
Have you heard of the Bronx Bus Redesign
Since 2019
8:15 and the 2018-19 LFSs
Atp that’s actually stupid how there wasn’t a SINGLE LFSA on the Bx99
There should’ve been just a SINGLE LFSA on the Bx99
@AutomotiveTaurus like all I’m saying is that they should’ve done that
You have not rode any of these for so long
