theres three or more companies that will custom make them for you.
I don't think you are supposed to remove those gobos in that mover otherwise they wouldn't have tried securing it down with red silicon...
Nah, they probably secure them that way in the assembly process to make things easier. This fixture for sure has the option of interchangeable gobos
The silicone also prevents the filter from moving around in the the holder and staying stationary while using the spinning effect.
