Thank you Colleen, very inspiring! Indeed, first of all you need to understand who you are and to get ride of your "masks"; i.e, to "be your true self". Not an easy task, but certainly worth the efforts! On may journey the Enneagramm was of great help to do so.

It's my pleasure Patrik. I agree, it starts with who you are then the masks can fall. The Enneagram also because a valuable tool for me in later years. Realizing the personality is in me, I am not in it was freeing. Then I could care for it with love, but not take it as the self.
