1st of all...this is AMAZING, as are all your videos! I watch every one on facebook. You are always posting not to use slip leads with brachycephalic dogs. Because I have a crazy cavalier, I'm always looking for WHAT to do, if I shouldn't use one. I have tried everything. Watched this to see the process with a boxer, so also brachycephalic. Since you used the special slip lead that you guys sell, would this be something I can use? I really want to practice everything you guys have taught me. Just need the right tool.
I am glad to hear that you are loving this video! Tools can all depend on the dog and their individual needs and training. I recommend joining the VIP group where you can talk to our online trainers and watch many more videos. You can then send a video of your dog walking to the trainers so they can give advice on their lead walking and what tool will be good to try. Membership - Southend Dog Training
well the gender was irrelevant albeit now that you've mentioned it it's good to see a female online in the balanced training scene. It's sweet that she likes to giggle but we had 6 minutes of waffle, info about the dog's farting situation, and a dog jumping constantly. If anything it's maybe just an editing issue. In any case it's meant as constrictive criticism, albeit blunt constrictive criticism. Ironically, there was editing for the weighted vest part where there is no info given as to the reason for it. Otherwise as usual great stuff and god knows we need organisations like Southend to help oppose the positive only brigade and the hate and lies and attempts to ban us@@southenddogtraining1
