    Leftover rice vada quick and easy instant rice vada. This is a simple recipe on how to make crispy and soft vada using leftover rice.
    Ingredients:
    Rice/Choru- 2 cups/ 500ml
    Rice powder- 3tbsp
    Wheat flour-2 tbsp
    onion- 1 sliced
    ginger- a small piece
    green chilli-1
    curry leaves- some
    salt-as required (or 1/4 tsp)
    turmeric powder- a pinch
    kashmiri chilli powder- 1/2 tbsp
    asafoeitda powder- 1/4 tbsp
    seasame seeds black-1/4 tbsp
    jeerakam- 1/4 tbsp
    Method:
    1) grind the rice or choru
    2) add sliced onion, ginger, green chilli, curry leaves and salt and mix well.
    3} add rice powder and wheat flour into the batter
    4) add turmeric powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, sesame seeds and jeerakam and mix all together and keep it aside
    5) Heat a pan and pour the oil, when the oil is hot wet your hands with water and make small balls and put a hole inside or make vada shape and deep fry it. Enjoy with coffee or tea.
