haven’t watched the episode yet but even with makeup, be careful sisters. I say this as a sister myself, check what you purchase. Check the ingredients as some include animal derived ingredients and alcohol (ethanol/ethyl). Buy vegan. And cruelty-free too, as brands should not be torturing animals and abusing them to produce the product. There are so many cheap cruelty-free and vegan brands nowadays. But of course, only buy if you are going to wear around husband or mahram. Not to beautify yourself to non-mahram and strangers

Ethanol can be used topically, as it is in medicine, consuming it is the issue and even then it’s such a minuscule amount so it cannot be seen as making you drunk wa Allahu alam

@@jamila7544 sister there is differences of opinion about ethanol in medicine. But in regards to ethanol in skincare and makeup, there are many studies which show that skincare ingredients are absorbed by our skin. Editing this to clarify that I Do not see make-up with alcohol as a necessity even if I did view medicinal uses of alcohol as necessities. There is plenty of ethanol fragrance-free makeup alternatives

@@user-yf5je1dn1qexcuse me, do you really think that the alcohol absorbed is intoxicating? Why do you think that alcohol is prohibited?

@@Doofieh it's impure. I didn't say alcohol in makeup will intoxicate you. A khamr is considered najis (ritually impure)

@@user-yf5je1dn1q so perfume is also considered impure?
