    This is only necessary if you are swimming competitively , otherwise there is nothing wrong with turning your head a bit further, there is plenty of air not just some small air pocket.

    While you’re breathing, is it through the nose or the mouth??

      Exhale in water through the nose then inhale out the water through the mouth

      If water gets in your mouth, you just release it, no big deal😊

      It's scary if you are a new swimmer, so turn your head and body a bit further and breathing becomes easier.
