Once I'm tired and breathing hard it's so hard to keep my head neutral, I just want to take my whole face out for air.
No easy way to improve that other than learning from doing it repetitively
I've never even heard of the paddle method, how perfect!!! I'm trying to teach someone proper technique, thanks for the tip!!!
I'll be trying this too - thanks for the great advice
Love your voice overs guys! Excellent teachers! ððð Thank you so much!
I trusted you and did what you explained. I have found the air pocket to breathïžThank youïž
This is only necessary if you are swimming competitively , otherwise there is nothing wrong with turning your head a bit further, there is plenty of air not just some small air pocket.
While youâre breathing, is it through the nose or the mouth??
Exhale in water through the nose then inhale out the water through the mouth
Do they drink some chlorine sometimes? Because it looks like it and it seems kind of scary.
If water gets in your mouth, you just release it, no big dealð
It's scary if you are a new swimmer, so turn your head and body a bit further and breathing becomes easier.
I put a kick board on top of my head!
How do I overcome when I take a breath my body always sinks?
Nice ð video ð
I mastered this in one day idk how
I struggle with breathing with one eye in the water but still get water in my mouthðĪ·ðūââïļ
You need proper speed and to breathe in air shortly
The easiest way is to just not breath at all
You won't get very far doing it that way
Ohh noo, my throat tasted some chlorine.
