it honestly depends on what scene you're into. alot of those cars people probably NEVER drive.Florida has a really good scene and some of the fastest cars come out the south. California scene is more stancey and sideshows. Which is weird because all the restrictions on cars. But I agree with you the cops love to harras the car community.
