Thank you for the info. I've watched several of your vids to get over the fear of using the speedi so now it's fun! I have a special request: would you consider putting the setting, temp and time in the descriptions below the video? Thank you.
James I followed your instructions I did 2 med potatoes 3 cups of water steam& bake temp 300 for 35 min my speedi was out of water with 7 minutes left to go
You do such quick and tasty recipes. I have a ninja foodie grill, two instant pots ( 3qrt and 6qrt). I am seriously thinking about getting the speedi. Lol. Like I need another gadget.
New to your channel, loved everything I have watched. Made the cream of broccoli soup. YUM! I was hoping to see you put the loaded potatoes back in the speedi to melt the cheese and warm all the toppings up. Something I will do so everything is hot again.
I need your expertise, guidance, and advice my friend 😎...I made these loaded baked potatoes, and because I live alone and I am cooking for one, I ate one and it was awesome...I placed the other in a foil mini loaf pan, wrapped it in Press and Seal, then into a quart Ziploc freezer bag, and froze it...I am now ready to enjoy the second one, and wonder what you would recommend for reheating it in the Speedi FROM FROZEN in the foil pan...steam?...steam and bake?...air fry?... I would think that straight steam would make the skin of the potato soggy...and depending on the mode, time and temp please...and as always, thanks for all that you share with us 😎
I did not make a loaded potato but just a regular baked potato and I think if you have a bigger potato than those small ones he had you need to add five more minutes.
Hi. I just followed the instructions, but my potato was not fully cooked when done. Next time, I will have to give it more time and add more than 3 cups of water, because all water was gone after the 35 minutes.
brand new Speedi owner, and a "domestically challenged bachelor"😎...I plan on making these potatoes very soon...in the meantime, could you please give me guidance and directions to make some frozen egg rolls in the Speedi?...I also have a 5 pack of store-bought refrigerated ones that I would like to make as well...other than the obvious difference in cooking time, would the mode, rack position, and temp change as well? thank you for all that you share with us

I just got one of the ninja speedis. It's so good! I like my potatoes a little crispy on the outside. Should I use steam and crisp?
