I have had a Silhouette for YEARS and never used it to fussy cut out ever 🤣🤣🤣 I have heard it is faster and of course I could be doing other things while it works, but I really enjoy the process of cutting things out by hand. Thanks for popping by the channel today! 🌼
This is so helpful! I've recently started fussy cutting and could never figure out why they weren't coming out the way I wanted them to. So many good tips! This video is going in my favorites.
Hi ..been catching up on your fabulous videos ..inspired to scrapbook again haven’t done so for a while .. having trouble finding 12x12 zip lock bags do you have a source ? Thank you 😊
Ohh yay!! So excited that you are inspired to create again. I wish I had a link for the bags, they are so tricky to get. I'm in Australia and I purchased my last lot from a food storage company called Total Choice Packaging. I have not found them at all on Amazon, but have purchased several lots from packaging wholesalers - the only down side to that is you have to buy in bulk (100 bags minimum). Hope this helps xo
Have you fussy cut fabric then sew it to another fabric? I want to learn how to sew it. I’ve been asked to cut bees and sew them to an apron. But I’ve never done that before. Help.
No unfortunately, I usually only work with paper... If I had to, I'd leave an edge around each of them and then maybe hand stitch around the edge. I'd imagine it would be quite tricky to do bees though!
I would use fusible adhesive. It has adhesive on one side & paper on the other. Iron the adhesive to bee fabric then cut them out. Remove paper from the back of the bees to now see the adhesive & iron them on to apron & then stitch. Sorry I'm a bit late .😊
This does look calming and fun. I kept thinking that I’d use my Brother Scan n Cut on the butterflies. Great video, and tips!
