- Dronagiri is situated near Uran and is well connected to Navi Mumbai by road and upcoming railway network.
This location is well connected to upcoming Navi Mumbai airport and transharbour sea link road.
It's a well planned township however lacks social infrastructure like school hospital and market place. near by market is uran

Hey mate, dronagiri is one of the best places in Navi Mumbai but unfortunately it’s part of the new CRZ map released by GOI few years back. And that basically means any development in dronagiri needs approval from CRZ authorities both state and central. You can find tons of articles on the web that gives you an idea of different infrastructure projects CIDCO wants to implement from long but lack necessary approvals. So until that happens, investing in dronagiri is no less than playing with fire!!
I agree but look at the irony regulating bodies are sleeping while the construction is in full swing
when state interferes these bodies would not be able to do anything. best example is Navi Mumbai airport
