craziest part of this is we never get to hear the bike...... Everything elsewas great but i dont understand not doing a b4 and after sound comparison..
At your website, you write that once the *exhaust kit* is installed, we will not be able to use the *passenger foot pegs* again. However, the hanger for the exhausts does not block the holes for the passenger foot pegs. And the same looks and with the stock system. So then why can't the passenger foot pegs be used? And, is it still applying?
Question do these bikes have hoses underneath don't connect to n e thing like an over flow or something just bought one and it has four hoses hangin and one is caped off but the other three are open is this normal
+BlueCollarBobbers Yes! Thanks a lot! I'm trying to find regular exhaust chrome tips that is the right diameter. And I like your videos. I have a 2008 Honda rebel.
It kinda bugs me that you need to add the aluminum spacer. It seems so unnecessary seeing as all you would need to to is manufacturer the pipe with a smaller inner diameter to match up with the Factory header size. It's really the only thing pushing me away from getting them.
Hi, it would cost a fortune to tool up and make the mufflers. They are from Emgo and we supply the spacer along with welding extra support brackets around the mounting screw. Thanks so much, Lance @ BCB
Wasted my time to see this and never start a bike so we can hear it I could look at pictures and ads all day long oh, about slip-ons any video advertising them should start the motor.
We have sold a ton of these exhausts for the Rebels. The only customers that have had to rejet were the ones that changed out the stock airbox. If you just add our exhausts you should be fine. Hope this helps and thanks so much, Lance at BCB
Hi, our website will calculate the shipping to India. We use UPS, DHL and the Postal Service. They are all really fast and affordable. Thanks so much, Lance at BCB
I just ordered mine today. I am nervous since I have to cut into my pipes, but these directions are idiot prove. And Lance is always willing to help.

I wanna learn more, and be able to maintain my own. Brings back awesome memories of my father.
Do y’all have a version of this that’s longer? I don’t like how this doesn’t allow the use of passenger pegs.

Are the baffles removable if you wanted to pack them to quieten them down a tad? Great vids!!
Sounds great. Really? Why didn’t you fire it up so we could hear it?
Next time, start the bike up so we can hear it idle for the first few minutes and then, hear it rev'd up. Thanks.
We'll add sound next time. Thanks for the suggestion. Lance at BCB
Product kit is no longer offered
Question do these bikes have hoses underneath don't connect to n e thing like an over flow or something just bought one and it has four hoses hangin and one is caped off but the other three are open is this normal
Will the bike need new jets
They should make these exhausts with a .5 to 1" larger diameter can. It'll sound nicer (deeper).
Current ones sound loud and not very deep.
Will this kit work for a 1986 CMX450 Rebel?
Do you know if you can put a 250cc engine in a 125 frame?
Plese to let me know, whe I can buy it? Many thanks, perfect sound.
It's in the description.
You can order it from our website or give us a call at 801 676-7889.
Thanks so much, Lance at BCB
If I order the Kit, does it come with an general operating license? Because i'm german and want that kit for my 125.
+SmokingJo Please email us and we'll help you out! bluecollarbobbers@gmail.com
No sound clip??? wtf?
What is the inlet size? Or the outside diameter of the cut pipe?
+Triston Puckett The diameter of the pipe is 1 3/8". Does that answer your question?
+BlueCollarBobbers Yes! Thanks a lot! I'm trying to find regular exhaust chrome tips that is the right diameter. And I like your videos. I have a 2008 Honda rebel.
Do you still have the kit?
Yes, we do! Here is the link...

how is the sound on a 125?
Hi Ole, they don't sell 125's here in America, but it should sound the same as the 250.
Thanks! BCB
but 125 exhaust and 250 is the same?
Yes it should be the same, they call them 125 overseas
Blue Collar Bobbers What are the dimensions of the pipe inlets? I also have a 125 and I'm interested in installing them
I didn’t know silicone was heat resistant

BlueCollarBobbers That makes a lot more sense now. I didn't realize that you were doing it that.
BlueCollarBobbers Please let me know, where I can buy it? Many thanks....perfect sound.
I'd buy these pipes, but I'm concerned about blowing hot exhaust onto my saddle bags...
+Jenny Tokumei Not really sure if it would be a problem or not...depends how low your saddle bags hang down.
BlueCollarBobbers thank you for the response. My bags hang no lower than ~2 inches above the stock exhaust.
You should be fine then.
BlueCollarBobbers Awesome, thank you!
Wasted my time to see this and never start a bike so we can hear it I could look at pictures and ads all day long oh, about slip-ons any video advertising them should start the motor.
You need a gallon of silicone that’s a great system you got there Burt
do you have to rejet your carb with this application?
We have sold a ton of these exhausts for the Rebels. The only customers that have had to rejet were the ones that changed out the stock airbox. If you just add our exhausts you should be fine.
Hope this helps and thanks so much, Lance at BCB
