Hi Clara, I'm new to TCM as a patient and I love your videos. You explain everything so clearly! My question is, can I utilize these points as acupressure on myself or my children rather than acupuncture? Will it make a difference still? Thank you.
@@AcuproacademyCLARA,What do you think are the most ideal acupoints for someone who is introverted, does not want to talk, and says only 2 words a day?
Great video! I love the way you explain it so enthusiastically! Keeps me focused :) I was wondering about the way on how to put the needles in general? Is there any reducing or tonifying needling action? Thank you :)
I already found an answer below from you : "It depends on each patient diagnosis 🌷 if the patient has deficiency, then we tonify and if the patient has excess we sedate"
Very informative video, with many clarifications ,.You are super ❤i want to ask that: the needling for the mental and physical fatigue on Sp5 is perpendicular or tonification. Please if it is possible clarify the direction of needles ❤😊❤❤
Accuprpacademy - Can you tell me if acupuncture will help with chronic insomnia & anxiety & depression for my friend. She is going through menopause symptoms and can not sleep for 3 years......she needs help? Grateful for ypur responses
Good morning, Dr. Clara. Thanks a lot for this very beneficial video. Dr.I want to clear that out of these points which points are to be sedated and which are to be tonified. Secondly in the Budha's triangle treatment which points out of lu 9, HT 7 and PC 6 are to be sedated and tonified. Please reply. Thanks. Regards Ranjit Singh Arora from jalandhar (India).
i was wondering since you use yin tang/3rd eye point, do you also use the medulla point at the back of the head where the spine meets the skull? that's closer to the pineal gland and is the original "3rd eye" location. the one between your eyes is just a reflection of the medulla.
Congratulations 🥳 it’s one of the best decision I’ve ever made! I would start with my green book to understand foundation & diagnosis (and watch the videos that are on my website resource page to complement the book). Then AcuPoints Made Easy should be your next book to help you with remembering all points location and functions 🥰 My store link: acupro-academy.mykajabi.com/store

Sorry unfortunately TCM doesn’t work that way, we treat the person as a whole, not the disorder. We look at the root cause & address it! We look at the tongue, observe the skin, eyes, hair...we take the pulse, ask questions on sleep, digestion, diet, immune system...and then we make a TCM diagnosis and create a treatment plan accordingly 🙏
