Just noting, the Fiesta ST150 is the WQ variant, I owned one for a couple years! The WS is the Mk7. Also, it was sold as the XR4 in Australia post-facelift in 2006!
As a fan of TDU1 and TDU2 it warms my heart to see that it featured so many uncommonly featured vehicles. It really gave that community a lot of interesting variety. Also, the MK3 Belvedere is also in the game "The Long Drive", it's just not called that as the game doesn't have any official licensing for the vehicles, but the models are very clearly real vehicles by fake names.
I could recommend some cars, the VW Phaeton from Midnight Club 3, Nissan Z Concept from Gran Turismo 3, Holden HSV GTS Coupe from Need for Speed Hot Pursuit 2 and the Chevrolet Astro from Enthusia Professional Racing (or pretty much most family vans of the game). If any of these cars are featured in more than two games and I'm wrong, please correct me.
That car is actually legendary. It hold the record for the fastest, highest top speed, street legal car for over 20 YEARS. Thats insane, the previous one was the famous RUF Yellowbird, but the Sledgehammer managed to reach around 254 mph as a street legal car in the 80s. Thats insane took over 20 years untill another car beat it. The car was a modified C4 corvette, so it was denied a guinness world record since it was not considered a production car, but it was still street legal. Don't know why not more games features this awesome car, maybe licensing issues? Anyway yea, it was amazing in C class in pgr4, also really hard to beat the platinum Sledgehammer if you were in another car. The C class was my favorite class in that game as well, it had the Yellowbird and an awesome Lamborghini Miura concept car that sadly never made it into production in real life.

There is a very rare car in Live for Speed (a not very known simulator) that has a finnish car called Valmet Raceabout. That's the only licenced non race car in the game, the rest are old BMW Formula Cars. I think that's the only racing game that it was featured in

I hope the next episode in this series includes the Toyota Supra VeilSide Fortune 99 & 03, both of which were only in Forza Motorsport 1 & 2 (i could be wrong, but i believe that is the case). I nicknamed the VeilSide Fortune 99 (or, at least I believe this is the right car, as i haven't played FM1 in a very long time) "The Jackhammer", because it had just over 1,000 hp, but would go 0-60 mph (0-100 kph) in around 6-7 seconds. I believe I covered every car I could from the franchise in ep5. (ofc, with Motorfest this will change) The issue with the Bacalar and the La Voiture Noire is that these cars appear in more than two games and are also too recent to be fairly considered as unicorns in my view.

Ford Fiesta ST is also available in NFS MW 2012 but you need to do some magic but the car is available in basic game version
