Hi, i have a problem with my laptop its a toshiba satellite c875d s7105 17'3" when i turned it on the toshiba page started followed by a blue screen saying hard drive recovery selected choose yes or no to continue so i choosed yes but it failed the computer couldnt fix the problem so i tried refreshing and restoring i believe it said and it said it couldnt be completed the disk file was missing 😰 im so sad about this ive had this computer for 5 yrs please let me know anything thanks

If the laptop keyboard keys don't work..should it work on an external usb one ?Becker because if it would work on most ..work my luck of course it doesn't work on a satellite C660D I've tried most options..tried my toshiba recovery disc bit boot file is missing so it doesn't work anymore ..dunno how a file suddenly starts missing suddenly since I've used the disc before and worked before and on this laptop since it's the only toshiba I have ...
I hold the 0 key but my bios password pops up and ruins it

i have over 70,000 pictures on my laptop, thank god i have them saved in the cloud and on an external, and almost 200 gb of music, i'm not sure what happened picked up a virus, and they had there fun with me, first nothing changed, then they started playing games, and hiding files, then i went back in and fixed it from the c prompt, then they starting hiding my pictures, i fixed it again, then they disabled my dvd player so i couldn't upload from there, and they disabled to where i couldn't upload, all i do is take pictures so no biggie, but then they sent me an email telling me to pay them and they will turn back all my stuff and make my music and photos visible again, i told them no thank you and 10 minutes later i watched your video thank you

When I hold 0 the screen that comes up says windows 7, not windows setup like yours. Then it allows safe modes or starting normally.

I don't have those options on my Toshiba Windows Vista Home Premium (that i can find). And no "repair computer" option. It only allows me to system restore, but no apparent options to factory reset to prepare for laptop donation. Is there another way to set laptop for donation? Thanks!

Hello. I try to do this aswell. Everything works intil 00:45 in your video. I dont get the "Windows Setup (EMS Enabled) option. I only get "Windows 7" when i press that the pc just starts up at normal. what other can i do? if i do the F8 i dont get the WARNING option either..

Ive tried this method many, many times and it still doesn't work
it happens to me so while holding zero , right jump on pressing F10 or F11 , it worked for me , good luck.
You need to be holding a mobile phone whilst pressing a zero.
Don't forget, you need to sneeze approximately 12 seconds after the warning pops up. The microphone will detect this sound and enable re-installation.

Look on the rear of your lappy. You should see a product key there, a holo-label. It will tell you the version of Windows you have along with a product key should you need it.. Find an ISO file for the same version, (There are dozens of copies of those available from reputable sites and forums with secure downloads and they are free..) You burn the ISO-file to a DVD and it boots into your original setup version for your laptop.
Re-install Windows from there, better yet if it's W-10 lookup how to download a copy of it, install it from USB and just log into your windows/Microsoft account to have it remember who you are and validate your copy as genuine. Hope it helps a little. Microsoft generally, don't enforce harsh rules and actually encourage self-recovery knowledge.

hey dude, so i downloaded windows 10 on my computer now when i turned it off it says i have to reboot my computer ( my friend says i have to instal or put a file on a usb / cd and install it) well now i dont have a cd or usb. so i can't do anthing, the only thing i can do is go in the boot menu. help me please.
