Hi, I would like to tell my experience because I have been hired one month ago in Deloitte. The position is a technical job in the field of Cloud Computing. I don't have experience in this field at all since my university background is completely different, to be honest I have never heard about Cloud Computing, but during the interview, they focused mainly in evaluating my soft skills and in particular my interest in learning new technologies. So what I can suggest you is to don't be scared if your technical background is not properly matched with the job position, they know that eventually you would learn the required skills, but it is important that you let them to understand and notice your willingness to learn something new.
@@NathercialoveS2 I think it depends on your background, if you have an IT background probably they will go through more advanced and technical questions, but if you don’t have this background they will ask you the main concepts about cloud, differences between on Premises and Cloud, types of Cloud etc

I experienced all of these situations in my first 3 years at Deloitte Consulting. had to fucking run and escape for my life. 1. set up to fail then blamed for failing 2. colleagues that have your back for half a year just to throw u under the bus during end of year reviews 3. escalation threats, shouting managers 4. asked for help during a project but manager asked me to search answers on wikipage on google. 5. no work life boundaries. working overtime is expected and default culture 6. shifting goal posts every year, got great client feedback and excellent performance reviews maxed out scores but never got promoted. (excluding the year where review got sabotaged by peers) 7. 0 salary raise company wide when covid broke out 8. heavily under-resourced projects with unrealistic timelines 9. half the team left in a year.
This is true. I done the job simulation and it’s basically what it says.. a job simulation. It gives you lots of scenarios and it’s what you would do in certain work situations and understand what your thought process is. Including how you would draft emails to your manager and situation based questions. Keep in mind company values here. One of the questions asked is deffo a “introduce yourself to the team” in video format so practice the about me summary 100% and pretend you are literally introducing yourself so show some character.

Hence remember company values and pick accordingly (Team Collaboration, Inclusivity, Integrity...) They may ask you how you would handle with a particular scenario and you'll have to answer in video format what your approach is.

Agreed just did the JS. All the video questions were about the case in question so you don't really need to prepare.
By reading the case studies I discovered I'm horrible in understanding the peoblem by reading its description.
How about practising some more case studies man ?
