This is my first time in your channel and i think this is by far THE BEST review of the Timberline! Thank you for this great video Have a Productive and Healthy day!
Great video with great information!! I just got my ‘23 Timberline yesterday. Absolutely love it!!! 501A group is awesome. Mine even came with rear entertainment.
He would have gotten right back to you on that one if he really had one! Lol 😆 I am saving for the 2020 Corvette!!! Need the American Supercar for the price of way less than this truck!
Thank you for the excellent (and incredibly thorough) review. I'm looking at possibly buying the 2024 Ford Expedition Timberline (with 501a package). I think this review will mostly apply to the 2024 version.
I'm torn between the Ford Expedition Timberline 501A and the Limited with Stealth Performance Package 304A. My driving consists of 70% city, 30% highway, and occasional off-road adventures. Can anyone share insights on which trim offers better ride comfort and road handling for this usage profile? For those with the Ford Expedition Timberline 501A, has anyone noticed an improvement in ride comfort or handling by switching from the Goodyear Wrangler Territory All Terrain Tires to regular city driving All-Season tires? Looking for advice on optimizing the Timberline's performance for city driving.
Thank you for the sub! This comment actually motivated me to go to a Lincoln dealership.. So new Lincoln videos will be coming within the next few weeks!
I like the look of the Tahoe Z-71 better but prefer the ride of the Timberline. Interior look and seat comfort with heat/cool goes to the Ford. Steering feel is way better on the GM product as well as the sound system. Cost wise I'll get whichever offers the best incentives and is less to purchase. Leaning more towards a Green on Green Timberline with a 2" level and 35 11.5 R18's.
Honestly I bought the Z71 Suburban largely because the Timberline didn't exist last spring and while it's gotten us down a few trails, the fact that GM puts 20s on all of their big SUV models of a pain in the ass for the real offroad buyers. 18s or 17s with some real sidewall would've gone a long way. That and the locker option on the Ford spanks GM every day of the week.
Considering this more after your video. I Hope they have some incentives at some point. I want the green with green interior. This or the wagoneer with the off road group. But Id lift this a bit and try 35's
I love this SUV with exception of that horrible infotainment system and the really dated interior and 1980s tailights. I think the inscreen climate controls are why I would buy the Toyota Grand Highlander over this because I live in Alaska and no nobs for heat it a no go when its subzero, which it is here for 6 months out of the year. Its really unfortunate because the Grand Highlander is soooo ugly on the outside. Excellent video, you did a great job.
It seems to have so much potential; however, that big digital screen is the single most annoying thing. I'd be willing to almost overlook the limitations of a 3.6 ecoboost, but that stupid tv in the dash kills it. We are men who don't want a minivan. That being said, we like to drive an actual vehicle- not a tesla. Lose the monstrous monitor that only creates a less safe operating experience
Timberline is a nice trim. IMO ford has a long way to go in the large SUV market save their luxury navigator. Just doesn’t have the looks, and appeal factor of Tahoe/Yukon. Also the large vertical center screen IMO is hideous. Ford needs to abandon that asap. The power is nice but v6 Eccobost is a love hate motor even among ford loyalists.
The amount of details, passion and dedication you put to this video has just forced me to like and subscribe...very well done and keep it up.

Very detailed review but the bigger question is would u buy this over the AT4 or Z71
Nice to learn from you. I just subscribed.
I wish you’ll come with Lincoln Navigator black level too.

I wish i could afford it.
Booyah 👊🏽 😁 👍🏽 🇺🇸
You cannot get the ventilating seats in the z71 Tahoe

I agree with everything you said. Green on Green would be a sick spec

In general Expy is better than Suburban or Taho. Also is more reliable.
If you want it levelled or lifted you have to watch out for the tahoe air suspension
very good review! keep it going
Thank you!
Nice Review, thank you!

That would be sick.. I haven't driven the Wagoneer. This w/35's would be sick. Plus - this thing has the power to push the 35's no problem
Thats basically what we did with ours. 23 Timberline black on black, 3" lift up front, 2" in the rear on Toyo AT3s 295/70R18
This is my favorite vehicle to afford it bro.
Timberline!

Nice review by Baker Mayfield.
