Hang in there, healing is really when a faith comes in. One year ago, I had open heart surgery, I had to get my aortic valve replaced. Girl that was the most drastic surgery, I ever had. Recovery was timely. I don't know if I've told you, I'm 71, we don't heal that fast. But God, who has been with me the whole time, cut my healing to half the time that the surgeon said it would be. Keep the faith, you are not old, you going to get there. That's why I watch your channel, because you put God first. Hang in there, you got people that is praying for you. Love you 😍 💋 💗 💓 💛 ♥️

I definitely understand sis I had gastric bypass surgery in October and it was hard trying to get my water intake. It’s hard now to even get the amount of protein in,in a day lol I was extremely tired over a month after surgery idk why that happens but it’s crazy. We got this sis thanks for the motivation and update.🤎🤎🤎🤎💪🏾
Everyday is better I’m in the stage of anything I eat or drink I’m going to the bathroom lol but other than that no nausea no headache more energy than I’d ever had. I’ve been lacking on my diet but I’m bout to get back on it. I’ve lost 53 pounds before weighing 372 pounds before. Hope your feeling well 🤎

🙏🏾 you may need to change to a sensitive laundry detergent. Several years ago I changed to Free and clear, I use Tide, and it made a 100% difference
I already did. I changed my soap, and I changed my laundry detergent for myself.
