    Is there an equivalent way to do this within Power Query (in Datamart)?

    CAN WE USE TREAT AS?

    can we use related function for this case?

    • @AnalyticswithNags
      @AnalyticswithNags  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      No. Lookup used to get column from other table even though relationship doesn't exist. Where as the related function works only when there is relationship and will not get any value just activates the relationship

    How to handle if we have multiple values then?

    • @AnalyticswithNags
      @AnalyticswithNags  4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      If you find duplicate entries and all your lookup values is same. You can still use this Lookupvalue function. If the Lookupvalue return multiple values you can't use the LOOKUPVALUE function. In that case you need to use CALCULATE ( FIRSTNONBLANK ( lookuptable[column], 1 ), FILTER ( ALL ( lookuptable ), lookuptable [referencecolumn] = basetable[reference column]) )
