That was a lot of hard work! On Thanksgiving we watch the turkey day parade and cook more food than is necessary. Spend time with the whole family together.
Ninja star on a weed eater would be better/easier to chop all of that down. I sure hope the neighbors know how hard you worked on this, and they take the initiative to keep it looking decent.
Your efforts in taking care of a problem were great. The type of vegetation you were dealing with and the area, extremely difficult to get equipment into. This is the kind of project that is a big group thing. What you 2 fellows did is amazing.
Excellent job to you both as usual. Since my mom passed three years ago, the Thanksgiving tradition went with her. I thank God for all my blessings. Thank God for people like you and Austin.
@LawnsterMowing Thank you so much. I have gotten closer to our Lord and know she is watching me spread love and compassion to those in need. For me, thanksgiving is every day.
Great work, the Oregon Blade for the weed eater would destroy all of that in less time and less work, just a thought for the next project like this. Keep it up. 🙏🇺🇸
That’s impressive! It’s amazing how you tackled such a big problem with a simple tool like a brush hog. The transformation is incredible! Keep up the great work!
That brush hog was no mulcher! It cut it down but it looked like you could have bundled those stalks. Ventrack is way better but a metal blade on your trimmer might have worked better. I agree with other commenters. You do great work. Just remember to work smarter not harder!😊❤👍✌
KUDOS Andrew and Austin for beautifying our USA. Huge undertaking for you two, however NO job is ever too BIG for GREEN & CLEAN! Neighbors will greatly appreciate your hard work and what an "eye opening" transformation! 😊 Nobody does it better. ❤😊
@@LawnsterMowingwould definitely start using the ninja stars on the weed eater. Works so quickly on taller and thicker brush and can cut small saplings easily. Great job
That looked like hard work. It sure did look much much better when you were finished. The neighbors have a lot to be thankful for because of all the work you all did. Homemade egg noodles are our tradition, of course with all the other thanksgiving day traditional foods - turkey, dressing, cranberry sauce, etc. And family gathering!
That Bush Hog looks difficult to maneuver. Try ordering a Ninja star that attaches to your weed Wacker. It would have taken down those tall weeds in half the time with less effort. I believe Midlife Stockman uses one. He may have a link on his channel.
I’m wondering if you might be able to use a head trimmer or the ninja star trimmer on your way here I think it would work a whole lot better than the machete. As for Thanksgiving, we usually have all of it. Turkey stuffing potatoes, sweet potatoes, green bean casserolerolls, cranberry sauce and numerous desserts. Our all-time favorite is pecan pie and pumpkin pie. All of this is made from scratch and does not come from a deli. Traditional southern cooking. Washed down with a glass of sweet tea.
I think that is the crummiest bush hog I’ve ever seen! I love watching you guys, and I hope a company that has great bush hogs donates one to you guys, so you can amaze us! Also, a hedge trimmer would have more easily knocked down those tall reeds than the bush knife! Easier on your joints! Don’t ever rent that again- it is definitely not a great one.
Looks awesome. Thats a big job cutting that shrub down. Hopefully they will keep it cut. Great work guys. Our Thanksgiving tradition is my family. They all come home to mom and dads for the day. Same with Christmas. Have a wonderful week. 🥰
That was quite a job. I don’t know, how, else you would cut that stuff. How are they going to keep it short? God bless you guys. Looks so much better. Love that theme song.
We were glad to help this neighborhood out! Hopefully since it's trimmed down now, it'll be easier for someone to keep it cut back. Thanks for your support!
Nice job. Next time call Al Bladez and ask him if you can borrow his Ventrac. Did you consider the hedge trimmer for the weeds along the edge next to the ditch? Standing in the ditch they would be at the perfect height.
That was a really tough job! I cringed every time you got close to the edge. I could just see it, and you going over into the ditch! God has blessed me with the gift of cooking, so... our Thanksgiving tradition starts on Monday b4 Thanksgiving! I cook all the fixins and desserts. I brine the turkey the night before, get up early to make my homemade yeast rolls, and put the turkey in the oven along with my homemade cornbread dressing. Finish up with some odds and ends, and dinner is served to all who come!
An Oregon brush blade for your weedeater would have made powder dust mulch of that mess! Also a walk behind flail mower may have been a better option to the "billy goat" brush cutter😎. Great job with a nasty situation.
Two things for Thanksgiving is no matter where we are at, For dinner there needs to be my mom’s sage dressing and coleslaw with bay shrimp. So yummy. Better yet is when all the family can be together to give thanks for all that God has blessed us with.
That was hard work, good job. If you decide to do more try a ninja star. It would be less costly and probably do a better job. Our main tradition is spending time with family.
As usual, you guys did a wonderful job and I believe everyone’s gonna appreciate it. I have something that doesn’t have to do with the lawn. It has to do with your windshield on your truck. When you’re talking to us and you’re in your truck, your windshield is dirty and I can’t see out of it. Can you please wash your windshield? Thank you for all that you do.
You're right the windshield gets dirty pretty easily with the type of work we do. Sometimes the light contrast in the cab while videoing also makes it look worse than it is! Thanks for watching, Annette! We appreciate your support!
Wow, what a difference a little love can make!! Who would normally take care of this area, is it a city owned property? Hmm Thanksgiving?? Haven't celebrated in many years as I live in NZ and of course it's an American holiday, have done it here a couple of times....not quite the same though....Happy Thanksgiving to you guys!!🦃🦃
Upbeat music, I like it. Hopefully someone good will give you a grass cutting machine like this billy goat. My suggestion is star ninja is more suitable for long grass, the grass is collected and then burned, it saves time, cost and energy.
I look forward to watching your videos. You do a really good job.. Our Thanksgiving Tradition is family, sometimes friends. Turkey all the trimmings. Pumpkin pie at the end. We have already had our day. When yours comes this month ENJOY!!!
Big mouth heavy duty hedge trimmers work pretty well will stalks like that lay them down bundle them up. Would have been great if that bill goat would have mulched it up.
I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THE NINJA STAR BLADE. HAVE SEEN OTHERS USE IT LOOKS TO BE AN AMAZING TOOL. MAYBE A MULCH ING MACHINE OF SOME KIND.
That was a lot of hard work!
On Thanksgiving we watch the turkey day parade and cook more food than is necessary. Spend time with the whole family together.
Family and lots of food! Doesn't get much better than that!
Ninja star on a weed eater would be better/easier to chop all of that down. I sure hope the neighbors know how hard you worked on this, and they take the initiative to keep it looking decent.
I was just going to say that. lol. Or use an old fashioned sharp scythe.
They won't lol
Your efforts in taking care of a problem were great. The type of vegetation you were dealing with and the area, extremely difficult to get equipment into. This is the kind of project that is a big group thing. What you 2 fellows did is amazing.
It really was a big task! Thank you for your encouraging words!
Great job I'm sure the neighbors really appreciate it.
We were glad to help out!
That is so nice to help the neighborhood. That was quite the chore snd you do excellent work 😮
We were glad to help out!
Excellent job to you both as usual. Since my mom passed three years ago, the Thanksgiving tradition went with her. I thank God for all my blessings. Thank God for people like you and Austin.
So sorry about your mom's passing. We hope you continue on with your tradition of thankfulness for God's blessings!
@LawnsterMowing
Thank you so much. I have gotten closer to our Lord and know she is watching me spread love and compassion to those in need. For me, thanksgiving is every day.
Get a Ninja Star for your weedeater. Acts like a brushhog but is easier and lighter to use.
Buy yourself a ninja head to put on your weed eater and you can do the other side a lot easier. Plus you’ll have it for other jobs.
Great work, the Oregon Blade for the weed eater would destroy all of that in less time and less work, just a thought for the next project like this. Keep it up. 🙏🇺🇸
LOVE IT! Brush hog is an awesome machine. That was some crazy overgrowth.Cats are great - especially when they kill rodents.
That is true. Cats do help keep the rodents away! Thanks for watching!
I would think as a homeowner I would be more worried more about fire than wind. You guys did an excellent hard job.
That's true. A fire in this situation would not turn out good. Thank you for your support!
That’s impressive! It’s amazing how you tackled such a big problem with a simple tool like a brush hog. The transformation is incredible! Keep up the great work!
Thank you so much for your support!
Need your money back that brush hog didn't do much work. Yall rocked out
The cat is doing what it is supposed to do😂
Good kitty. Love cats and dogs.
Haha! You have a good point there! I guess we'll give this cat a pass.
What a huge undertaking, you men are amazing.
Thanks for your support, Patrick!
👍
Great job I'm sure the neighbors really appreciate it. 👍
We love to help keep our local neighborhoods Green and Clean!
Love the machete action. Looks so much better guys. I’m sure the neighborhood loves it.
Who doesn't love a good machete?! Haha! Thanks for watching!

FANTASTIC JOB. A LOT OF HARD WORK. HOPE THE NEIGHBORS APPRECIATE YOU TWO. BLESS YOU BOTH. ❤❤from Oregon.
Thank you for watching and for your kind comment!
🙌🙌🙌 Excellent job 👏👏👏♥️♥️
Thank you for your support. We appreciate it!
You did a grear job it looks so much better and family tradition is to be thankful to be here another day
Thank you for your support!
@LawnsterMowing your welcome
Looks like the other neighbors keep their side clean.
Yeah, we're not really sure what the full situation is on this. We were just glad to help get it cleaned up!
There has to be an easier way! 😮
We couldn't think of one. It was a lot of work but the neighbors didn't know what to do it was so bad. Thanks for watching!
You guys did your best . . that's all anyone can ask.
Thanks so much, we really appreciate that! We tried to help out the best we could. Hopefully this will help them out!
This will be fun to see a brush hog at work! Get things looking GREEN & CLEAN!!
It was fun to do too!
That was a lot of hard work sruey hope they appreciate you all did not look like some I would tackle 💯💯💯😇🙏
Thanks for much for watching Loraine!
You're really working hard on this one. You might look into a ninja star or an Oregon mulching blade. Either would make it so much easier ❤
We're thankful for your support! And your family traditions sound awesome! Can't beat homemade egg noodles!
Ya almost need one of those skid steer mounted forestry mulchers or a flail mower like Tim's been using. Thanks for the video!
Another great job guys! Fav tradition is dressing. Has to be homemade. 😊
Thank you so much! And Dressing is a fantastic one. So good!
Good job on a beyond crazy hard task!
Thank you so much! Thanks for watching!
That slow sure makes that job a bugger! That's hard, hard work.

Надо было взять триммер для стрижки кустов. Или поставить на триммер железный полудиск вместо лески. Вручную очень тяжело косить.
You need a ninja blade in your weed wacker it will cut that other side down like butter.
Thanks, Karen! We've had several others recommend this as well!
