One common reality I observe are badly overgrown yards of absentee landlords…bought on spec. They leave the property untended waiting for a big profit. Some towns deal with these slum lords…depends on their municipal revenue situation. In poor areas…they get away with hell.

The council workers are not worth employing because they are not doing their jobs properly

I live in an upscale neighborhood and guess what, Gen Z doesn’t mow grass, trim landscape bushes, rake leaves or do any outside maintenance.

I have enjoyed your videos for quite a while now. I have a lot of English Ivy in my yard, and I have found that, if I pull it loose from the bottom, it will free up more of the vine.

Landlords are quick to get their money but fail to do the right thing. But there are people like these Gentlemen who go beyond their duties to help people out.

Get a cordless lopper, and a cordless smaller 1 hand sawzall with a diablo carbide tipped 9" pruning blade. Will take care of everything up 5" and can handle a little dirt. 40 years in lawncarec and those are 2 things i would have loved to have had since the start.

I moved alot growing up, and we rented, so we had to take care of the yard (according to the city) . So, that was part of the rent
