I think that the fact that you're directly comparing them, and offering alternatives from higher weight class, is an statement of how good this tablet is. Of course it's not perfect, but I think it covers the basics and it does it good.
I picked up the 128gb version for $249 on sale at Best Buy. For the light use most would use a Chromebook for, this device works amazingly well! It's a great value!
This is the most comprehensive review i have seen so far. Every question i have in mind has been answered. Okay almost a year after the release, i'm buying one as a secondary computer.
This is priced very competitively! Currently looking into getting a tablet mainly for multimedia consumption like watching movies, reading books, some sketching or typing maybe. This and the Galaxy Tab A 8.0 w/ S Pen are very good options. Thanks for your review.
What country are you in? Maybe you can have someone in the USA order it and ship it to you? I would be happy to help you out with this. Walmart has them priced at $249, taxes will be a bit less than 9%, about $22. Walmart Protection plan is $48 for 2 years, $59 for 3 years, plus the 9% sales taxes. There is also an option for 1 year Expert Remote online Support provided by HelloTech, for $49 plus Tax, which you can use on an unlimited amount of devices. You are my go-to tech/tablet-reviewer! I bought Sam Galaxy Tab A 8.0 with S Pen because of you and I had no regrets with it, in fact, I thank you so much! I love Chrome OS, I've been following it for years but I still haven't experience using Chrome OS. Because of watching this, I got interested in buying this Lenovo Chromebook since it is very affordable. Thank you for giving us great content with honesty! 😄😄
I have the 128gb model and LOVE IT. I haven't touched my old Macbook Air since I've gotten this Lenovo Duet. Battery is amazing but takes a while to charge back up to full but that's okay. My room's outlet is on the left side so it's annoying that i have to charge only on the right side of the Tablet so I think 2 usb C ports would have been much better, but other than that this Duet is really good "bang-for-buck"
You make my choice of getting it with ease. Had a hard time choosing between Lenovo Chromebook duet, pixelbook go & samsung galaxy book flex. It’s top of my list now.
I've been trying so hard to resist buying this, primarily because of its size. I honestly would love it if Lenovo would have given us a size option like the iPad Pro has. Yes, I know it would be more expensive. But this 10" is so competitively priced, I believe a 12.5" with keyboard for twice the price would sell well, and compete nicely with the Pro. Hopefully Lenovo is sticking their toe in the water to test the market?
Add Geforce now and you have a portable game console for your Steam/Epic games. At least in theory... This will definately become my new tablet/laptop for on the road. Thanks for this review!

This seems like a great option for me because I don't like my iPad or Galaxy Tab. I hadn't considered a Chrome OS tablet but it seems to meet all my needs much better than an Android tablet which has been a generally poor experience. Lenovo sells a version of this with their USI stylus however it has some pretty terrible reviews so I'll be trying a different one. This video covers that at the 8:00 mark. Thanks for the review. I hadn't been aware of your channel until now and have subscribed.
I can't understand why they all youtubers recommend are Samsung S6 lite, it have cheap 9611 processor. Also it's run android 10 may be 11 & 12. After that no updates. If u want to buy Samsung better you will buy S7 fe wifi. Come to rhe point duet vs S6 lite another 8yrs update.... The mediatek processor is much better for daily activities. So it's best. Original Keyboard cover of samsung too much cost S7 fe 15k .... Some times it will in offer. Duet have complete laptop set up also perform well in all manners. Price to cost ratio S6 lite ₹32000/ with 64gb duet ₹27000 with 128gb. So Duet is fantastic tablet in mid range.
Is an old tablet but now, january 2022, is dirt cheap, the 128gb is a bit less than 200usd. I think i will buy one for simple tasks (instagram, movies, easy photography edition, etc). The support up to 2028 sounds great to me.
For a Chromebook choice, Lenovo Duet is a good choice in terms of features especially like the Mediatek Helio P60T chipset and the strong 4GB RAM and the strong 7000mAh battery.
been using this since release while it's a good tablet, the keyboard doesn't attach well and occasionally fall off if you close the tablet often. I've replaced it with a Bluetooth keyboard instead.
I Like this Tablet!!! Wish the Size is Bigger than this, I don't Find Big Size Android Tablet Nowadays, for Alternate I'm using Chromebook Ultrabook with 15inch Wide-Screen, the Tablet Mode is very Satisfying Yay 😍😍😍

Hello I'm interested to purchase a tablet mainly to listen to music via Bluetooth speakers, watching movies and browsing through the internet. I'm thinking between chromebook with the 128 gb storage and yoga smart tab which one would you recommend?
Great review, I have one pre-ordered from Best Buy. Do you know if a Samsung S Pen will work as a stylus? I'm able to use the S Pen from the Tab S4 on the Dell Inspiron Chromebook 2-in-1. I've tried googling information on the USI standard vs Wacom, but can't find too much. I use the large S Pen all the time, and it would be nice if I could use it across all my devices, Note 10+, Dell Chromebook and Lenovo Duet. Thanks again for the informative video.
I wanted to add a comment as to why I'm going with the Lenovo Duet. Now that I'm familiar with the Chrome OS environment, I absolutely love the interface. I tried the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, but not having Dex was a deal breaker. I don't want a tablet whose interface is merely like a large phone. For productivity and sheer organization, Dex and Chrome OS are in my opinion, the BEST. And Chrome OS being such a small, fast footprint, it comes out on top for what I'm going to be using it for. I think they should start launching phones with Chrome OS.
I do have one question. Which are the differences between a USI Stylus pen from an usual active pen? Can I use a generic active pen from Amazon or the USI pen is specifically needed for this tablet?
Hi, does it come with a German keyboard in Germany? Or a QWERTY keyboard? As there is no 128 Gb version in the Netherlands, I might buy one in Germany.
So tempting. Do I get this on special for US $210 or put the money towards the basic iPad? The iPad has superior processor, way better screen & sound, with much better OS and Apps but this is throw away cheap and has USB C and a keyboard. I want a tablet to read eBooks and pdfs on a clean uncluttered screen, that also does other useful basic tasks plus play simple games to kill time.
I just want to add that as mediocre the keyboard and trackpad are with it very plastic build that bends and is oddly cramped on the right side the screen is 100% legit. I want to mention this as I thought it sounded a bit over looked here. For a sub $300 device that comes with a keyboard and kick stand there is nothing even up to $400 that comes with as good of a screen. With a 1080 plus resolution, near 400 brightness level and its laminated unlike the 32gb Ipad 7 at $329 the Lenovo Duets screen is an absolute win. Just thought it was a little under mentioned in this review otherwise great video. Well composed.
I can't even stress enough how amazing it is! It's inexpensive and the amount of work you can get done on it is amazing. Powerful performance from mediatek
