That’s exactly how I trained my frenchie she started going on the pads kind of on her own and I would reward her when she did right, now she would never do bathroom anywhere that she sleeps

Just stay on them, they slip up once or twice a day but nothing major. For the most part they kinda figured out the towel area is where they sleep
