Some of the bugs are awesome - I love discovering them randomly.

Not relevant but i want to thank you for showing me the power of a melee minigun with the blade attachment, im a level 40 and i really didnt have any good weapons and i was running out of ammo so i thought about trying the minigun out, luckly there is a prebuilt one with the blade attachment and the faster barrel attachment in the last mission of the overseer quest line (atleast i think its the last, talking about the vault 79 one) in a level 2 lockpick locked room, thank you so much i can finally destroy the enemies that block my path :)
You can also convert it into a legendary one by 1. getting legendary CORES (by doing events marked with an exclamation mark on the map) and 2. getting legendary MODULES from The Rusty Pick (Ash Region, just below / south of Charleston, marked with the face of a mole miner on the map) - The Rusty Pick is a shop where you can buy things for legendary SCRIP (which is what you get any time you put an unwanted legendary item into the big yellow machine at any train station) - buy the modules, and head downstairs in The Rusty Pick and goto the weapons work bench, enter MODIFY mode on the workbench and bring up your minigun - then you can add a random legendary effect to it (1, 2 or 3 stars depending on how many cores and modules you want to spend) - the best effect to get on a minigun shredder is VAMPIRE even jut at 1 star (because it will keep you alive as you fight), however Furious, executioners, anti-armor and bloodied are all great to use as well - I ALWAYS aim for vampires on most of my high speed weapons, and I don't really use low speed weaps but if I did, I would go for Furious, executioners, anti-armor and bloodied. I am currently working on making the CHAINSAW more powerful in prep for the upcoming The Pitt DLC which will make chainsaws buildable! Cannot wait to be able to legendise my current chainsaw collection!
@@Harnacke76 i did a 3 star on my minigun, got +50% limb and animal damage +1 agility, doesnt seem that great but ill be on the lookout for more miniguns maybe from some events with supermutants as they have miniguns most of the time, thank you for the advice.
@@exyille yes and once you hit lvl 50 you will be able to buy them from sellers (players and train vendors) as well - in fact keep an eye out in case you see a good one that you can use after you hit lvl 50. If you get "bashing damage" as a roll on ANY kind of shredder minigun that's a powerful thing to have - use it with the "basher" perk card (in STR) to get a very powerful weapon - the shredder part is considered to be "gun bashing" so having the basher perk car and the +50% gun bash damage modifier means you can just cream through things easily - but I would do the legendary rolling on a lvl 50 gun because you will not be lvl 40 for long and you wont use that lvl 40 gun later, so best not to waste modules on it to re-roll.

Also do the event EVICTION NOTICE when you see it (lots of rads so use rad protection) - one of the prizes is a minigun shredder called Foundation's Vengence - it's a bloodied, exploding bullet minigun with shredder attached - pretty nice weap both with and without ammo!

Actually that particular chain saw is still bugged - it's a vanilla one with no mods - once we modded them, they did not look like that any more. I am looking forwards to The Pitt update where we will be able to build chainsaws for the first time!
