They were probably removed by the game when you put the combo in / swiped the cards - unfortunately this means you will most likely have to go back and start over. before you do that, you will need to clear your "memory of things that you have picked up" by picking up 250-300 junk items. The fastest way to do this is 1. goto the burnt book house at Summersville, north of New Gad (Location: should be south of the Summersville spawn-in point) House has a lot of Ghouls in it - used to have mirelurks - google it if unsure of where it is) - pick up every single burnt book in there (inside, outside, upstairs and in basement) or 2. goto Fort Defiance and pick up everything that can be picked up in there. Book house is a lot faster. Once you have done that, scrap the books / junk, change servers, and then you can go back and collect the cards again as they should now be respawned. If not, pick up more books or junk and look for the cards again.

Often the animals spawn in before your camp does and are crushed under the camp structures, killing them (at which time they will disappear) - Please always try and place your camp machine so that it is as far from any camp structures as possible. Tames creatures will walk back and forth near the camp machine (or at least that's what they are supposed to do. My last remaining tamed creature is a deathclaw who seems to be glitched as he now walks back and forth a fair distance outside the camp boundaries - he has been doing this for a number of months without change. It keeps him alive however technically he is no longer part of the camp area so most people do not notice him when they visit.

Ive been looking up Halloween and haunted bundles or related. Beths system only has a drop down list so you can only ask for 2 items at a time and a lot of stuff isnt showing unsure if they dont bother showing it or discontinued

@@fredericRoger-w7w As it is now October, keep an eye on atom shop as they will release old and new bundles of Halloween stuff each week this month on atom shop refresh night/day. Lots of nice stuff to grab.

You would need to do a search for animated banner tutorials. Unfortunately that's not something I can help you with, but I am sure there are many great tutorials available.

You can't find where you saved the Gimp file? If you are using windows, you can open the file explorer, make sure it is showing "quick access" and it should show a list of recently viewed / saved files on there (in the "recent files" section). If it's not there you could do a search by typing the correct file name into the search bar of file explorer and making sure that the search is targeted to Drive C (or whichever is your main drive that you would usually save things to). Did you save a JPG or PNG version of the finished banner? If not, TH-cam probably cannot see the actual Gimp file (for use as a banner)

Hi - I have not tried to do this for a while so Bethesda may have changed something, but if they have not, just make sure you convert flat roof pieces to the sloped ones to get the sloped dome shape - there are 3 different roof shapes that can be cycled through when you "convert in place" (highlight a piece, press R then T to convert a piece to another piece without removing it)

Are you supposed to print the slopy roofs too? Or just change them? Sorry to be a bug, just making sure I didn't miss something there. Again thank you

@@RubyStarr13 Hi - I had another look at the video as I have not seen it for a while - in the video I put the roofs on flat, checked that they could slope in the correct direction, then changed them back to flat. The blueprint needs to be made with them flat. If you make it with them sloped it will give you an error when trying to place the blueprint down. After it has been placed you should have a round flat roof. At this point you change the roofs to sloped (do not remove them as they cannot be replaced again without placing a new blueprint down - just highlight the roof piece in modify mode, press R then T then convert them to a sloped roof instead of a flat one. Once you have converted them all, the roof should look more dome-like.

If you remove the foundation pieces which are on the ground, that's fine, however don't do it till the end or you will no longer be able to edit the walls above them as they need to be perfectly aligned to do that. Just make sure every other thing is finished first before removing them.

It does - I have gotten it numerous times.

Only 1 ally can be at your camp at a time, but you can own all of them, and swap them as you like. Allies cannot go into "shelters" (the instanced areas of our camps)

If you have placed her camp item but she has not arrived yet, try changing servers - She should arrive once her camp item is placed. (Make sure the guitar you are placing is the camp item listed in the allies tab, not the musical instrument guitar listed in floor decor - that one does not have an ally attached to it.)

Hi - It looks like the mounted death claw head is part of the Holiday Scorched plan list - Holiday Scorched is on right now! Best way to do it would be to 1. check player vendors on every server - players often sell the current seasonal event plans when they get extras - Since mounted deathclaw head is an old plan (from 2019 I believe) I would not personally pay more than 500ish caps for it, however upto 2000 if you really really want it. 2. Check donation boxes at all train stations, whitesprings resort front door (exterior) and Vault 76 in case someone dumped their mounted head plans for low levels to take. 3. Buy "wrapping paper" at train stations and whitesprings mall - MEDIUM size gives you the best value vs % of a plan drop - make the "gifts" on a tinkers bench using that wrapping paper. Fastest way to buy it is at whitesprings mall where you can buy one from each of the faction vendors with a green chalkboard sign in front of their shop, and 2 from the whitesprings train station (1 at all other train stations) - then jump servers and do it again till you run out of money. 4. goto places where scorched usually are and look for those dressed in HOLIDAY clothes - they will also jingle with sleigh bell sounds - shoot them, take their "holiday gift" and open it (aid tab) to see what prizes you get (chance at a plan is not guaranteed - it's a grind)

Nope it's just a high res JPG in dimensions that should fit the screen size I mentioned in the vid. Save it as it's largest size (click on the pic in the link to make it large, then save) then take that image and drop it onto your working file (like I did in the vid) - it's just guidelines basically.

Maybe something has changed since this vid was made - were you doing it during the Project Paradise event? which part did not work?

I'd say you have to be in the same server as they code was given - did you switch servers before using the code for some reason?

Yes - technically you can find Raider Punk, Gramps and Guitar Woman at any random spawn location that spawns humans (like settlers and raiders) - thing is the chance is smallish and there are so many random spawn locations that it would be a lot of work to check all of them when there are guaranteed spawn locations to check instead (like Crater and Foundation) - good find tho!

Hi there - I assume you mean 5:39 or around there (where the black-out mask is being shown - Please check the following - 1. have you got the layer selected that is the black-out mask? (select that layer, right hand side of screen is where the layer menu is) 2. look above the layer on the menu at the bit that says OPACITY and make sure opacity is 100% (less than 100% will make it become more transparent). 3. Look above opacity setting where it says MODE and make sure the mode is normal setting - any other setting apart from normal could add an effect that causes the colour / opacity to appear differently so for this instance we are only going to use Normal Mode setting and no other. 4. Make sure the layer with the black-out mask is ABOVE the layer with the background image (physically above it - you can move layers up and down by dragging them on the layers menu (as long as they are not locked) - once I have a layer where I want it I lock it in place by clicking the 3 little icons next to the word lock (make sure the correct layer is selected while you do this. Lock can be turned on and off as needed but it's safest to lock things until you need them to avoid stuff being moved accidentally) Has your transparency problem sorted itself out now? if not, please take a screenshot of your screen so I can see the layers menu and main part of the screen, upload it to imgur.com/ or somewhere similar and send me the link (here in the comments is fine) so I can have a look and see if I can spot the problem. Well for a start this is a 2 year old post so it's not going to help you at all as far as inventory and dates etc go... You would be better off going to whereisminerva.com which has a live time update of when Minerva will be around next, what she will have, and where she will be. If you are not sure where the Faction hubs of Foundation, Crater, Fort Atlas and Whitespring Refuge are (which are her 4 locations that she cycles through) ask someone who is on your team (preferably a high level player) and they will no doubt take you there so you can discover each location. They are all free fast travel points once you discover them. If you have no friends and are too nervous to ask someone in-game to help you, let me know and I could come and show you the locations (on PC only, sorry). If you find my videos to be not helpful to you, there are literally hundreds, maybe even thousands of youtubers who cover Fallout 76 so just search for vids on Minerva locations and hopefully you will find something that you find useful. I am not sure if the cards are consumed on use - try swiping them again (maybe you still have them). If they are gone I guess you will have to get them again. You will need to do 2 things. 1. empty your "things that you picked up memory" by picking up 250-300 junk items (fastest way to do this is to goto the house in Summersville that has a lot of burned books and pick all of them up. If there are no books there then someone else has picked them up so jump servers until the books appear - house location --> Summersville. East of Camp McClintock. fast travel there and it's in front of you). Once you have picked up enough junk items what this does is clears the list of things your game remembers you picking up (which is why stuff does not spawn again, if it's on that list) - you will need to change servers for this new version of the list to "save" - once you have done this, go back to the 2 locations where the keycards were and see if they spawn for you again - you may need to jump servers a couple of times for them to appear.

I brought my Alt and he was able to see the plans. Strange. Maybe if you have them learned already, they don't spawn.

@@GAMarine137 no they should spawn copies even if you have already learned them - it's weird that your main can't see them but your alt can. Maybe search using your alt for now and transfer copies over to your main as a work around. I am not sure why it's doing that however my main also sometimes has problems getting plans that my other alts can get so it's some sort of bug I would say.

There seems to be a bug (or at least a number of people saying) that these items do not spawn on private servers for whatever reason (probably a bug) - you can complete the quest on your private server and then jump to a public one to collect your plan(s).

Even better if you don't want to risk being enemies with the BoS for the rest of your session, switch servers really quick and they'll be neutral again.

Look, to be honest, I made this vid a couple of years ago and at the time all info was correct and accurate HOWEVER Bethesda can and does change stuff all the time without telling us and so it's possible that the pet taming mechanic is not working as intended in some way - I have seen way less people's camps with pets at them lately, and I have not seen any tamable critters when I visit various random spawn points (however I need to do a proper test and jump servers to see if I can get one to appear - will try that at some time) - RE: radtoads, I have had a few as pets in the past so they did work at the time of the making of this vid - not sure about now. Sometimes tamed animals never make it to camp for one reason or another. Hopefully one day they will give us proper "ally pets" who can be summoned and kept (and invulnerable) the same way that allies are - that would be my wish.

OOPS I answered the wrong question - If you mean MORTIMER the bullion seller of Crater, yes he is still there however you won't see him unless you have completed the vault 79 mission with either Crater or Foundation - as mentioned above in the description "PLEASE NOTE: Smiley, Mortimer and Regs all require the completion of the Vault 79 mission "Secrets revealed" before they will appear in-game. Please complete "Secrets revealed" first..." - So if you are on a new character (even if you have done all that stuff before on a different character, you will need to do it again for each character).

@@leonardcobb9784 I was able to get the key cards again eventually after I waited a couple days and went back. I also looted a lot around the area then left since I was told that if you loot enough then join a new server they will respawn, this did work for me. Hopefully this helps you as well!

Even if that's the case, you should still be able to do all the footwork (to complete the quest) on the private server and then jump to a public world to collect the plan. As long as you can see the plan on public servers, that's the main thing.

The answer is YES - you can get extra copies of it to sell or give to friends or whatever you want to do with them. If the plan is not in the bunker when you go there it means someone else has already grabbed it so just jump servers until it does spawn.

Hmm that's not good - it might have jumped back to an earlier save or something (because of sudden outage) - look in your pipboy Misc section and see if you can see the cards in there - if not you may have to go back and get them again - what a hassle!
