Take for example patriarchy. What's so bad about a patriarchy? But then they ascribe all kinds of things to a word that don't belong with that word. For example "right wing fascist". Nevermind that right wing is for limited government, and therefore emphasis personal responsibility, and therefore is focused more on moral values to sustain individual liberties. Pretty much the opposite of fascism, which requires larger governments, which emphasize the collective, which is a left wing thing.
It's maddening, really. We all have these words, but we have no idea what they mean and therefore communication can't happen.
