My current Fiance treated me on valentines day and insisted she spend and do everything for me. Thats when I realized she was a keeper and proposed to her years later. She still occasionally pays for our dates and she never assumes I have to pay. Never had any girlfriend decent like she is, past ones all expected assumed and were entitled. Even had one past girlfriend grow enraged when I ordered us waters at a buffet, saying she preferred at least half a glass of regular coke, that bitch didnt even have a job and was slowly moving into my place before I put my foot down and broke up with that one. Im happy im no longer in that game and now in a healthy relationship.

They're happy and she seems to really respect him. At least one of you needs to be in a position to help and then let him handle it from there I guess? I helped my husband in the beginning of our relationship and now he's in a better position + has given me a better life for the past 7 years :) depends on the people too.
