everyone is beautiful it’s not about the colour it’s all about how confident you are but they do consider scar,height and all , if u are confident and if u fit in the airlines requirements in terms of height ,scars , tattoo’s and even language qualifications because Indian airlines require Hindi speaking skills and even some international airlines having base in India also require Hindi language skills so if u make up to all these u can keep an eye on respective airlines career page and when vacancy comes u can apply for it and always try to have a neat CV and a passport size pic in formals during the time of application
