Thanks for making this video! I really appreciate the time and the links. I'm thinking about making my own, but I would need it portable...so I'll have to think about how to make the stand. Thanks again!!

I'm glad the video is helpful. Yeah you can make it portable either by welding up a frame from square tubing, or making it out of wood, like 2x3s and/or plywood. The only other difference would be the fittings for the in and out of the filter. You'd probably want to put the hose bibb fittings, since it's gonna be portable

I noticed that one filter system uses 4 filters one specifically for chemicals

Great video! I've been considering trying to build my own custom system for my trailer and this is exactly the right direction. I saw that you already commented on someone asking about making this a more "portable version" using the hose bib fitting for inlet/outlet fittings. My question is, do you see any reason the flow from the larger hose would be too much for this system? Also, in general, what do you think is the optimal water pressure for a system like this? I generally set mine between 45-50 but I wonder if this needs a little more pressure to avoid low pressure in the system due to the 3-stage filters. TIA!

@@digital8101 I don't think the larger hose would cause the problem. Since I haven't hooked up the system yet, idk what the pressure drop is coming out of the filter. It's something to test.
