I gotta say I appreciate how you guys don't ask for tips. Just run the total and if they decide to leave some extra that's on them and how they feel about your great service and hotdogs! Not a lot of places do that now even the food trucks around me ask for tip openly.

Do you put anything in your water when you boil your hot dogs ? I’ve heard of some tricks people use to change the water by adding different ingredients in the water to help season the dog as it is cooking to give it a more robust flavor.
@@king_ltc_ exactly right I’m from NY I’m 5 mins from NYC I live right outside of the city but my cousin owns a hot dog truck and he uses a certain type of beer believe it or not along with two other ingredients that help give the dogs flavor and he has a line at his truck all day long just serving basic dogs with just your standard toppings like mustard, sourkrout, chili & cheese, onions and relish.
for my dog water i like to add apple cider vinegar and some spices (celery salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, nutmeg, coriander, chili powder, whatever i feel like...), it makes a world of difference
