I believe if you think they knock back on trees then maybe the music isn't the only problem. Obviously the most elusive, impossible to catch, impossible to track, impossible to see, animal would never come up to people or hang around knocking trees or put itself at risk in such a way as whooping it's location. That is basically insane thinking.

For me this one missed the mark sadly.
The last five minutes with the vocal was the crux of the whole video and that was not unpacked or analysed. It was just left hanging.
I am weary of too much unsubstantiated talk from "researchers" . I note that the Olympic Project Research Team are far more cautious and analytical when it comes to stating anything as a fact.
I felt there was too little from eye witness reporting evidence in this video .
    Definitely not enough ruthless editing.
I truly do not say this to be mean or unhelpful. I say this in order to be constructive and frank in order for you to ameliorate future episodes.
I usually absolutely love your stuff STM. I never miss an episode and I respect the STM team immensely.

In my opinion I think they have some escape routes around the forest just in case they encounter people who are nosy. Kids found a plywood with five inches of leaves on it and lifted it up and they seen a hole. They said they heard something from the forest screaming and the kids ran away from the hole. So I believe that there's all kinds of escape routes to disappear so quickly. They don't bother nobody so I would leave them alone man.

Everyone is so used to watching shows where something happens every time, but that is not reality. This is a slow process, but fun to those attending none the less. I have been fishing and bear hunting in this area for 15 plus years and there has never been anybody with sighting of bigfoots or tracks seen and documented. This is an interesting video but completely just people in the outdoors loafing around. During bear season there are 100's of bear dogs in those woods and they would definitely run into and expose any squatches!

Creepy for sure! Man these things can make your hair stand up on end huh. I experienced it once and didn't know at the time what it was. But it was creepy. Mine was a series of whoops that was returned back and forth for about an hour or two. Carter county Kentucky, Carter Caves cave system in 2002.

People want to believe in all sorts of things.
I've lived in the Shenandoah Valley nearly all my life. Certainly all my adult life.
I moved to the Shenandoah Valley in 1975-76, when I was a teen.
I've lived in and around Winchester, from "Cross Junction," north of Winchester, to Front Royal, to the south. And a few places in between...
In my younger days, I've camped out at night in the woods, fished the river and swam in it too. Mostly on my own. "Alone."
There's places at night near the river, where screech owls, and other night birds, can make your hair stand up, if you don't know what the sounds are! And the river draws all sorts of critters to it, for water or food...
It's easy to envision all sorts of monsters and such, sitting in the dark woods alone, with nothing more than a campfire, or an old kerosene lamp, as your only light.
And I'd be within my rights to have concern about the larger animals that typically roam the forest at night.
But for all the talk of mountain lions, coyotes, bears and racoons, possums, and skunks, I have never, personally heard of anyone even talking about any bigfoot sightings...
"I've heard more about ghosts in this part of the country!"
Even UFO sightings seem to be a very rare topic.
But now, someone wants to make a video, movie or TV show... And the bigfoots will come crawling out of the woodwork! Well, the woods anyway!

I'm from Rappahannock county and we grew up knowing about and being warned about the wild people as the black people called them or wood boogers and mountain devils as the white people called them. I lived in Shenandoah county for 15 years on cedar Creek and saw one multiple times and heard about them from plenty of people, from fort valley to great North mountain. That didn't mean everyone believed in them let alone knew about them but plenty did.

It is a genuine question, people often talk about Bigfoot vocalisations, but how do you know these sounds you hear are from a BF if you never seen one or never saw one making these sounds. The very few short videos of alleged BFs these creatures are silent.
Even those Sierra vocalisations are just sounds recordings, no video or pictures.
So, maybe these sounds people hear can be something else as well? Even the knocks, can't it be wood which shrinking for example because it gets colder?
I heard some weird sounds in a park nearby, which turned out to be trees moving in te wind and touching each other. Never expected it to be able to make the sounds I heard. It wasm't an animal, because we could see the trees and where the sound came from. And where I live we don't have cryptids or any large mamals, except for foxes, mice, rabbits and some hares.

Gotta ask yourself, do you want experiences w them or do you just want the evidence. These beings know what each of you want. If you just want experiences they’re more willing to come out to you when you’re camping. The more equipment you come to trap them w, the less chance you’re gonna have to have the experience.

8:15 is the sasquatch smart enough to realize all that or is it migratory and it's simply making it's way across it's natural, annual habitat range like it always has? I don't doubt sasquatch are more intelligent than most, if not all other animals (barring *_some_* humans, ofc), but I feel like there is a significant amount of anthropomorphizing in that analysis. I'd suspect, more likely, at most it realizes the habitat has recovered to a point where it is again, at least partially habitable.
Just my opinion ofc. I've never had a chance to get a Bigfoot's personal take on it.

Do you think black bear and a Sasquatch would exist harmoniously ? Though not necessarily territorial, Bears will take anything close to them as a threat, especially if protecting cubs.

    • @RuinedTemple
      @RuinedTemple 23 วันที่ผ่านมา

If they've been sharing habitat with bears for thousands of years, I suspect that the bears would've learned to give them a wide berth if at all possible.
Bears could even potentially be the occasional prey of large male Sasquatch.
