Great video. I built my car from the ground up with the K&R kit. It was so easy to install and wire even for a guy that doesn’t mess with electronics at all. By far one of the best investments I’ve made for the race car.

Great info 👍 always like to learn about others starting line routines... I get in “race mode” and completely kinda forget the small things I want to try in hopes of improving my starting line game. I foot braked for many years and only in past 3 have gone to “box” racing. It can be confusing at time with cross talk and occasionally I am the faster car So putting their dial in the box, so I hold anything etc! Shew seems always a lot more ways to loose easier than win a few rounds!
I'm the person who's been playing so many drag racing games, that if i ever went to a button, i'd have to have it on the left side of the steering wheel.

You want to determine your track position vs theirs at the finish line. You want to get there first typically, but if you get there first by ALOT then you’re risking a break out. Check out my old Drag Racing 101 video for more on the topic!! 👍👍
No disrespect to you sir but I just could never stomach the Super Pro guys because they ALWAYS talked that they were the better tougher class and we were beneath them !!!! OK but I think the other way !!! I don't need all the bull crap advantages and big money of delay and crossover delays transbrakes or air shifters any of that garbage !!! My left foot on the brake my right foot on the throttle left hand on the wheel and right hand on the shifter !!! All ME !!! I let off the brake I punch the throttle I steer it with one hand I shift it with one hand !!!! That's the challenge is all me !!!! No assistance electronically or otherwise and they called us the lessor class !!!! Get rid of your advantage makers come down to my world and let's see how good you REALLY are !!!!! I had a season with an average light of 11 thousands and average 22 thousands total 1/4 mile packages !!!! Footbrake no electronics !!! Try that , then you guys can brag all you want !!!! Til then to me you guys are nothing but big money sissys !!!!!! Sorry but that is how I feel !!!! Let go of button and done ??? What kind of racing is that where everything is done for you ??? How boring !!!! I'm 61 and old school back when we had a .500 tree !!!
